Very poor customer service. Staff rolling their eyes because the order got mixed up. Manager recommending to sign up to loyalty card. Which we did then to be told we had used the card 3 times previously and the offer didn't apply. Card had only just been downloaded. A real shame as we regularly visit this store. Food was good. Service was shocking.
Special thanks to Sophia who was warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful in explaining everything as it was our first ever Nando's visit. The other lady who served us was also awesome. 2pm Sunday afternoon after the busy period so it was about half full. Ordered on the app and foot was at the table within 15 mins. Chicken Thighs and Liver were both delicious and I look forward to returning. I hope the same staff are there next time.
What a dreadful meal, expensive but so disappointing! Despite ordering for a set time, we had to wait for 15 minutes, yet the food was still ONLY warm! The peas were cold, the chicken burger had no tomato, and Summer Grains was a VERY small portion.What was supposed to be a 'treat' was an expensive disaster. AVOID, there are better smaller businesses that care about their food. The chicken was 'chewy',
It does not taste the same as in middle East Nando's , it's ok . Parking available after entering shop. Better app download before entering the shop. Order through app only. But very fast. 400+ can eat two adults and 2 kids.
Food equality was awful. Pittanall town apart and wet and soggy. Chicken undercooked. No sauce on the fino pitta poorly made. Freezing cold too. Pitta for the hummus was all stale and hard and couldn’t even bit into it it was that bad.
Expensive, groups of 2 or more people who ordered after me received thier meals before me (dining on my own). Area was strewn with discarded chicken bones on the floor which the staff were oblivious to and were a trip hazard. Atmosphere was unpleasant, young thugs rather than couples or families. I won't be returning.
Super friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I always have chicken liver when I go to nandos and occasionally the frozen yogurt. The fro yo was so so nice. A must have! The vegetable sides were good too.
i am shocked, ive asked for a large creamy mash and chips with my friends and each were £6 each. the chips are a good size but the mash, no. it was disappointing, i was expecting the mash to be the same size as the large chips. SIZE MATTERS. the staff talked to you like you were stupid and didn’t know sizes. well done nando’s you’ve lost 7 customers!!.
I’ve order a take away and I’m so impressed how quick and food was very good. I Can’t fault it at all. I would highly recommend to order online and collect. I would be back again!
Visited for tea. Had a good meal other than the chicken butterfly being over cooked & making it tough. Although this happened the manager came over to apologise personally. He refunded the chicken and gave us some deserts as an apology. Not great that this happened but it couldn’t have been dealt with better. The only other thing that wasn’t great was that is was a 35 minute wait for food.
