   I am still waiting in a queue there was 3 cars in head of me I’m waiting for the last one to go 15 mins and counting if I wait that long for mine I will have been here for an hour .. just getting served now asked why so long he said speaker not working so they should have sent someone out to take orders I’m still here 15 mins and bot got food the guy serving doesn’t give a damn he is slow at everything I will never ever come here again time killer .. there’s no staff so when you say drive thru you need an escape route I’m still stuck here looking at the pathetic service … don’t ever do a drive through…. The guy on till didn’t utter a word not even sorry for your delay looked like he didn’t want to be there .. service with a cold shoulder they are garbage as a place to go staff must get no training on how to interact

   Firstly, I love Burger King food but after 3 shocking visits to St Helens in the past few months, I will need to find another outlet. I visited last Saturday at 4pm. After sitting in the Drive-Thru queue for 10minutes, I had to reverse out and go inside to order. I then waited 25 minutes to get my food. It was just a standard burger, nothing unusual, so why did it take so long? I counted 4 staff, 2 of whom spent most of the time looking inside the paper bags, taking the contents out and putting them in other bags. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever to the length of time I and many others had been waiting; I didn’t even receive an apology when my order was finally handed over. There appears to be no one in charge, no organisation and no pride in the store. Such a shame when BK food is so good. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but the powers that be need to sort this out or close it down. Another frustrated customer suggested going to the Winwick BK, as they are the complete opposite.

   I visited two days ago to get some food. The drive-through speaker wasn’t working, so I had to place my order at the window. After ordering, I waited around 25 minutes to receive my meal — and this was at 8:30 p.m. During that time, several staff members were just standing around in the kitchen talking. When I finally got my food, it was completely cold. After waiting that long, I didn’t even have the energy to go back and complain.

   I visited this store during my lunch break mid week and took full advantage of the £5.99 whopper meal (available through the app & ordering at a kiosk). Using the points I had accumulated I was also able to redeem 150 points for 6 chilli cheese bites. The food was fresh and served promptly, the guys (Josh & James) behind the counter very informative and friendly. The restaurant was clean and inviting, only giving 4 stars due to lack of air-conditioning.

   Wow ! 20 minutes wait for a double burger with a whopper, loaded fries and kids nuggets where there was 6 staff behind counter ! That is a joke ! My burger sat on front counter for 10 minutes and they guy still tried to tell me it’ll be hot ! The worst Burger King I’ve ever experienced… will not recommend !

   Always feel like we get value for money, my husband’s favourite is the whopper meal, chips are always fresh and not too salty. Service with a smile from Josh, so polite nothing was too much trouble. Even when asking Tara for extra sauces it wasn’t a problem at all.

   Waited 45 minutes for chicken nuggets in the drive through. Didn’t put all the order in the bag; you’d think after nearly an hour they’d get it right. Won’t be coming this this Burger King again.
