   Shocking service yet again at the drive-thru. Don't normally leave reviews for any food outlet, but following three out of four occasions of coming away with a wrong order, I feel the need to respond. Always order 2 quarterpounder meals (1 with just cheese) and a portion of nuggets. One visit received 2 quarterpounders with everything on, one visit 2 quarterpounders with just cheese, and tonight no nuggets. Always check the order on the screen before paying, so what happens between the first window and the second is anyones guess.

   Ordered a big tasty that came with so much sauce it was impossible to hold. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese that was assembled with cheese top and bottom instead of top and middle. It just tastes wrong now. Ordered a coke classic that came in a coffee cup with a coffee lid and half the drink was now in the bag. At least the fries were nice and cold though

   Shocking - 2 Latte`s ordered,and 2 watery coffees served up, looking like they've been made by an apprentice on a construction site who has just got his CSCS card, and making drinks as his first job. Sadly, we had driven off site, and discovered after the fact, and unable to return. The lack of milk content in the drinks was woefully sparse. Do better guys, and get the WMF 9000 Serviced. For reference, the second image is from another Branch, and an example of how a Latte should look.

   i usually like it here but if ur busy why cut corners and fry a vegan patty on the meat grill it tasted like beef I could take this way further but I cba and I waited legit 25 mins cause they defo forgot my order and tried to play it off like they didnt

   Ordered a sweet chilli wrap via drive through, only to get home and find a dry wrap with no sauce no vegetables! What a joke, the customer service number doesnt get answered. Wish i could give 0 stars, this is not the 1st time happening.

   It's McDonald's... we all know McDonald's food, if you want a Macy's it's just what you expected. Seriously whats going on with the drive threw? Why has become "wait in your car instead of wait in the store" And when you have it delivered is a absolute mess. Several times now no straw, when you order a milkshake it's really annoying. Be careful ordering sauce because you hardly ever get what you PAY for. Recently I got 2 x 20pc nugget share boxes and 2 × 5 strip meals and I literally got 2 small curry dip sauces and 1 BBQ for the chicken strip meal. Absolute joke, really worried about the future of our country if these kids working in Macy's can't bloody read and count.

   We entered and noticed at least four managers/supervisors near the front of house stood about giving orders while the staff were running off their feet. Two members of staff were superb though. A staff member who was in and out of the store juggling large amounts of food to the car park for the drive thru guest. And another who was cooking, packing and serving guests as quickly as she could.

   Made my order on the app and used the collection at driver through option. I was told there was no hot chocolate so I chose an orange instead. Was asked at the collection window to park up in grill bay. Waited 30 minutes, walked in the shop to see what was happening. A girl took charge of the situation and helped it along which was really good of her. Then I was handed my food by a different member of staff and told there was further items unavailable and they had took it upon themselves to choose replacement items. I’d rather have been refunded for the items but at that point I’d been at McDonald’s for over 50 minutes including queuing time, from ordering food to receiving was 35 minutes! So I didn’t want to be there any longer without them paying me an hourly wage. It’s not ok is it 2 star’s are for the girl who helped me and it wasn’t even her station but she went and got it sorted for me anyway. The management team really need to sharpen up and keep they’re eye on what’s happening so customer’s don’t get forgotten about! Plenty of room for improvement
