   Amazing food, and arrived quickly for a Saturday night. You can tell the food is fresh and not processed so I wouldn’t have minded waiting for such good quality food. Prices are fair too, I'm not expecting McDonald’s prices for restaurant quality food. Good vegetarian options available too!

   Wow, what an experience, very tiny place turned into very cosy place to sit in, if you re lucky. Burger was great, chips crunchy and creamy inside. Top level! Totally a must, when in the area.

   Our first ever order from brothers burgers. Ordered £50 worth of food at 5:10pm only got here at 7:20pm waiting over 2 hours. On arrival they had forgot to include £6 sweet potato fries and a double cheese burger £8.50. One of the burgers that actually arrived was that soggy and had to take the bottom bun off it. Tried calling restaurant to tell them that the food was missing we were put on hold and then the phone was put down on us with no resolution. Absolutely shocking abysmal service. Read previous reviews there and brothers have replied to say the streets are grid locked, fair enough but when we first called to ask where the order is the person didn’t say that. Also half the people who order don’t use Instagram or follow there account. Reply to brothers burgers comment: With the response given by yourselves it is evident your customer service is horrific. Instead of trying to rectify the issue you place blame on your customers for leaving a review. As stated We tried to contact you but the phone was put down. So how many times should a customer try and contact you? Our complaint is not the roads or the time waited it’s because we didn’t receive half the order we had paid for. Considering you responded to the review so promptly maybe you could refund my card for items not delivered as promptly

   I ordered 2 cheeseburgers for my twins birthday tonight. £20 for 2 mini burgers. A joke!! It would be what I would give to a 4 year old. And £3 delivery when I’m down the road and added without advertising the delivery charge. I am a local business owner myself and I never do reviews, however I called to complain and the phone was promptly put down

   Ordered from here this evening and I'm very disappointed. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon looked like the scrapes from the bottom of the pack was on it which is a shame as the burger was actually nice. The chips and chicken wings were awful though, taste like they were both done in the microwave and all the chicken had feathers on them. Finally ordered some sweet chilli mayo and it was hard and clumpy. Would not recommend eating here.
