With respect, the food we purchased was so awfull we had to leave it outside as trash. Perhaps had a bite or two. We were served frozen fried chicken from a supermarket, heated in a microwave. I don't want to sound rude or disrespective, but you seriously need to think about customer service and business delivery.
Exceptional service from this place. Food was amazing and a kind lady had fantastic service skills and was very kind and helpfull. Very good place to eat at and get food, highly recommend and again thanks to the lady worker very good service.

Amazing food at Peri Peri Cottage full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Loved the peri peri taste! Juicy, spicy, and absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled one of the best peri peri meals I’ve had. Excellent food and generous portions. Definitely worth the visit. Peri Peri Cottage never disappoints tasty food and great service every time. One of the best peri peri experiences I’ve had! Great taste, fast service, and friendly staff.
Staff are very friendly, I was being served by Ibrahim, firstly if he doesn't own this shop then the owner needs to give him a pay rise because he treats the business ad of its his, customer service exceeds 5 stars he treated me like I was family so there is another positive, he was able to get store orders and online orders ready very efficiently no pressure no stress just calm and friendly. I haven't had the food as of yet because its my first time here but the review is purely for him because of how he is.
The food here is really nice but they take sooooo flipping long. Sometimes the wait is up to an hour for some food , ( chicken tikka) so I would not recommend if you are after some quick food that needs to be cooked. They are always very vague with the times and never give an honest answer. Last time I called ahead for a chicken tikka burger, the burger was only put on the grill the moment that I arrived (30 mins later). But again, the food is very tasty!
The food here is very good and tasty but the service is very bad. Some of the staff are really arrogant and not helpful. Also, the toilet is in a very bad state and not kept well.
Picked food from here around 2am and I was pretty surprised that it’s opened such late. Great service and great food with reasonable prices!
Great place, service is fantastic and prices are reasonable. It can become hectic so orders can take time, so better off actually placing the order online or by calling through. The food is also Halal with a valid certificate displayed together with their hygiene rating. The quality of the chicken in my opinion is decent, texture and taste being excellent. Will definitely visit again!
