   Second time trying Nando's food, first time in this one though, I had an amazing time and the food was amazing ! As good as it was the Caesar Salad with chicken is on the pricier side... The hosts were nice and helpful, special shout-out to Ellie (not 100% sure of the nametags) who was the sweetest ✨

   Terrible experience. We ordered corn, and it was completely burnt. I asked them to replace it, and they did — but unbelievably, the second one was just as burnt. On top of that, I ordered pineapple, and instead of grilling or preparing it properly, they just brought it out raw. Totally unacceptable. It felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.

   Overall okish experience. Host no where to be seen at the entrance for 7 mins to be exact. Finally showed us the table with huffing and puffing. Ordered peri peri chips and I received chips with no peri peri spice. When I asked for my order they dumped the spice in the middle leaving rest of the chips dry. I won’t recommend to anyone and I certainly won’t be returning. Please see pictures.

   Always loved eating at Nando’s. We’re here for on the eve of Valentines day. Food was delicious and fresh undoubtedly. Had to wait for 10 minutes, but it’s fine. Highly recommend this place. …!!!

   Good place to have lunch or dinner. Ambience is nice as we have 2 floors. You can sit in tables outdoors or indoors. Great environment and lovely staff. Take away is also great. The virtual offering has some disadvantage like for example if we want to make if well done, there is no option to put it in the comment or to select. Virtual queue is actually nice, which I could see it’s really working well. Time after ordering the food is quite quick which is good as well.

   Lovely experience at this branch. Staff absolutely friendly altho it was really busy in the weekend. Food as usual so tasty except the chicken was a bit raw. I tried their olives this time and really LOVED it!! Definitely coming again.

   After having to wait in a virtual queue for over 1 hour on a Saturday. Finally when we were seated we had to order using the app instead of having to go up to the counter since the staff their ignored us for more than 20mins after telling us that they will come to us to take an order within 2mins. After we had placed the order, getting our starters were over 20mins and when we got our starters they forgot out peri peri nuts and our peri peri drizzle for hummus. Then we had to call someone over to bring our glasses for bottomless drinks as they did not give us any. When they managed to give our mains they did not give us any cutlery so ofcourse we had to call someone over for that also. Overall the service was very poor. The staff are really are over their heads when they have too much customers to deal with. I was really disappointed visiting nandos after really long time.
