   They don’t answer their phone! You only have the option to phone in your order yet they don’t actually answer their phone. I’ve no idea how they stay in business. Only eaten from here once (after calling about 10 times) and the food was just OK. Thought we’d try it again tonight but again no answer so we’ve given up and they’ve just lost our custom.

   Food always good but get your phones sorted out, I gave up after 7 or more times ringing and listening to the person on the other side having a go "charge your bloody phone", I was still on the other end of the call. We tried 3 different mobile phones and a landline with the same issue we could here you but you couldn't here us it was not our phones.

   I thought i try this Chinese restaurant as I normally go to Cowley inn Chinese but it's gone down hill the food is disgusting. But New moon house was amazing food was fresh and really tasty and the lady serving was really friendly and polite. This is my new favourite Chinese restaurant I will definitely be ordering again. A very happy customer 10/10

   Sorry to say the ratings are slowly going down due to the quality of the food, the curry sauce is very liquidly and flavourless. The ratings went up now slowly going down. Cling film used around containers due to sauce leaking. Put prices up a bit and improve the quality

   Best Chinese food, I've had in years! Plus they are non-halal! The Supreme starters were divine, the Pork ribs were amazing and best of all, the Sweet and Sour Pork were so good that I wish I had ordered two portions! Trust me, I highly recommend this Chinese takeaway!

   After 15 years of eating here (take away ) It's just gone down hill The last few times we got food it tasted awful. New chef, old oil ? Dint know why was always the place for great taste .I think they have got lazy and dont care .my daughter came over the other day and tried to order and they said she had to go collect dontt take card payment. I've been paying by card as least 10 years . Time to move on
