The food here is really good and I've come here a few times during my holiday. Hot, fresh and always authentic Five Guys quality and the staff are really friendly and patient too.
More like Five Quid for a tiny burger! Greasy, overpriced (£15 for a basic meal?!), and chaotic service. Fries are decent, but not worth it. 2/10 – avoid. Sadly NOT Halal
Food is very good here, along with excellent service. I would highly recommend comming here if you haven't already. Place is clean and tidy too. I give this place a 9/10.
It was so good to dine in here, the server was very kind so i could enjoy my meals so much. In fact, it was my first time to experience Five Guys! I'm so glad to good services from here.
Decent place to eat, nice fresh burgers and fries. Staff were awesome, polite and friendly. One con for this place is the toilet is upstairs, so if the lift is not working and you struggle with stairs there is no toilet available and the closest ones would be at the far end of either shopping centre.
Great. Been many times, usually very friendly staff, kept nice and clean from when I've been there. Wait times on average are not too bad. As for whether or not the food is good; its five guys, worth trying. Especially the fries and peanuts.
I only gave four stars because the person I was with found a tiny black hair in the milkshake. Besides that the bacon was made perfectly, I mean the beats burger king head to toe, the food was delicious, staff was super polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The lady at the counter has excellent customer service and I noticed that the tables were regularly cleaned. Excellent place for Burger lovers. Plus I really loved the fact that the chips were made from local potatoes, supporting local U.K. farmers. I saw bigger burgers in size that the ones they have (even though they are still bigger than in McDonald's), and even if there are bigger burgers in few other places they make up for everything in quality and the possibility of perfectly customising the burger to my liking. DELICIOUS BURGER.
Got a little hamburger for my daughter and burger for my husband and hot dog for me. I have to say the burger was OK and personally the hot dog was a little too small they should call it the little hotdog. They didn't have monkeynuts that they usually offer for free. They don't have a lift to go up the stairs so anyone going in with a buggy please aware.
