   I’ve been to Tortilla a few times now and it’s always great. The food is super fresh, full of flavour, and you can tell they actually care about what they serve. The burritos are packed perfectly and never fall apart, and the portions are just right - you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. It’s just one of those places you can always count on for a good meal. Highly recommend!

   I am a vegetarian, I order a vegetarian burrito and there was chicken in it, this SO DISGUSTING OF THEM, I am a vegetarian for my beliefs, I don’t believe in eating meat and they have put meat in the vegetarian option. I plan to take this further, but for anyone who is thinking of eating from here, I strongly advise you not to, if they don’t respect this, then who knows how they are handling there food.

   Big fan of tortilla but my recent visits to this branch have been far from good. I appreciate that this is a fairly new branch however the staff are very undertrained with minimal knowledge of the menu. My past experiences have included, lack of ingredients, equipment not working (heating machine), employees not knowing how to fully ‘build’ a burrito and passive/rude customer service. I hope this review allows management to restructure and educate the team so customers can feel welcomed.
