   Old-style Italian restaurant. Nice wood panelled room, about 14 tables. Lovely service. Simple menu of older Italian favourites. Plain food and well cooked. Supposed to be a favourite of Roger Moore and Sean Connery but they were not in when we visited. Recommended .

   An authentic Italian restaurant with very attentive, excellent service and well presented, delicious food. Lovely, thoughtful touches, such as fresh flowers in the toilets and on the table and olives and bread waiting on the table when we arrived. We enjoyed the set menu with the house white wine.

   Exceptional Italian eatery in a charming wood panelled ancient building. Seriously well cooked food, speedy and excellent service and squeaky clean toilets. My wife and I came here as a diversion from going to a service station, to say we are happy with that doesn’t do justice to happy! It appears to suit an older demographic at lunchtime.
