   It is a lovely little place next to a play ground ,toilets and visitor centre. It looks a bit run down in some places . It has an indoor and outdoor seating with a children’s menu and specials . We spent around 5 minutes waiting for our food with reasonable prices of the food . The food is ok , nothing special but food if you have been on a long walk . There is a car park next to it . It didn’t have many people in it for the number of workers though , you collect your food outside of the cafe . Overall , it is a good little cafe but needs some love ❤️

   I went to this amazing cafe with my elderly mother, the food was tasty and very reasonably priced and the staff were so attentive and helpful to my mum. Even explaining the menu to her as she can get quite confused. I will definitely be coming back to this gem of a place.

   It seems like a nice place, relaxed with charming surroundings. Unfortunately food it's a terrible disappointment and very overpriced. I ordered a sandwich for example and received very expensive piece of bread with 3 slices of courgette and little onion. I would be too embarrassed to serve food like this to customers.

   First time visiting and impressed with the friendliness of staff and reasonably priced (and sized) toasties in the cafe. The staff were very accommodating for my son's allergy which sadly isn't always the case when we eat out. Park was lovely on a sunny day and liked that we could have a little paddle in the stream nearby.

   A let down. I believe the food in a cafe should be at least be as good as the food you can make at home. Here you will find out that you are indeed better ! Amateurism as best , poorly managed and cared for. The cafe is a disappointment yet the park is worth the walk if for no other reason other than to see it pre HS2!
