   Ordered a full English no Tom's, came with loads of Tom's. Had no mushrooms on which their menu states extra mushrooms for a large breakfast I received none . Ordered coffee with it received none . Food was burnt and cold plus a near 2 hour delivery time

   Terrible. I place an £18 order at 13:00 (they close at 14:00). Got a notification that my food is ready for delivery, an then 5 minutes later that my order it’s completed. But my order arrived at 14:50. My toastie was cold, my daughter’s nuggets and chips were cold, I got half of coffee, which was also cold and the never delivered my milkshake. NEVER AGAIN!!

   90 minutes for delivery, cold, burnt bacon and rock hard black pudding, soggy toast, rubbery eggs, cheap over cooked sausages. Would never order from here again and the fact they have the word perfect in their name should have them closed down for the trades descriptions act.

   Waited over an hour, had to call for an update, eventually arrived 1 hour 20 minutes later, cold, not ehen warn, cold. If a place is busy that's understandable, but go offline, stop taking orders then deliving cold, unedible food, poor show, never again

   Ordered At 11:15 food didn’t turn up until 1:00, after having to ring up to see if our order was still in the UK after it being that long. Finally gets here and it’s missing the mega breakfast. Had to ring up for the second time, it’s now 1:15 and it’ll probably be 3:00 by the time it gets here again. Not happy and absolutely hanging out of my arse. Genuinely starting to see things on my walls I’m that hungry. Not happy customer

   Ordered breakfast at 10.50. Due to arrive 11.30. Didn’t arrive and no response to calls or messages plus the number on widnes eats is incorrect so had to search for it. Food eventually arrived at 12.30 and was so cold we had to microwave it. The cheese on the toast was like a slab of burnt rubber. Unpleasant and delayed us going out. Very poor service!
