Genuinely awful. Poor quality pre-made food that is either heated or fried to order. Only ate here as it was included in the room rate. Definitely not worth the prices they charge otherwise. Also has the worst tasting coffee I've tried in a long time. Couldn't drink it. Giving it one star as I can't give it zero
I would not recommend dining here. The food was of very poor quality, and the décor felt dated and neglected, reminiscent of a cheap lounge in the former Soviet Union.
Great staff. So friendly. This is my second time staying here and certainly the best and most affordable place to stay by Heathrow terminal 2 and 3 if you have an early morning flight. I will be back. The menu has a great amount of options and the beds and rooms are very comfy with a great shower and space to relax before a long flight!
Absolutely disgraceful! Not worth the money for microwaved meals. Ordered two burgers with slightly warm meat, even the salad was served hotter and got two tiny pieces of garlic bread as a separate side that were also reheated. Service was abrupt. Even McDonald’s is classier and you get the same quality “meals”, if not better

The server was friendly, but she may have needed help- service was slow and some of my stuff was forgotten at first. Prices were decent. I thought my food was good considering it's an airport hotel.
Very basic and poor quality food. Frozen ingredients (and it showed), and they don’t seem well prepared at all. Both chicken and beef burgers tasted bad and lettuce seemed stale. The chips were passable. Breaded mushrooms for a starter (frozen and not great), and after bringing the main the waiter took cutlery away without bringing more, leaving us to eat the burgers and chips with our hands.
Food are basically warmed and served to you. The burger was not nice
