Kitchen malfunction this morning no food available. Decaf not available. Adequate cappuccinos were served up. Machine ordering efficient and drinks up quickly.
The food portions were way smaller than I thought especially for the price, however it is the airport. The atmosphere was great, so relaxing even when all the tables were full. On the good side the yoghurt was on the healthy side. (Turmeric honey banana and bee pollen yoghurt)
This tiny salmon cream cheese muffin cost £5.99… also I love salt, but this was overwhelming salty…sadly Leon is the most affordable option at terminal 2 … airport food is of course always shocking.
A cost-effective breakfast and lunch spot with a variety of morning choices, from eggs to oatmeal. Mediterranean vibes mixed with English classics. I had an egg and bacon bowl over greens with a savory white sauce that hit the spot. Coffee and the like if you want. Plenty of room to sit and eat, though they need to wipe surfaces more frequently (get napkins).
Not sure why this Leon doesn’t get more stars than it currently has. It’s fast food of good quality and even better if you compare it to the surrounding competitors at T2. We had breakfast here and had two banana and cinnamon porridge pots. Tasty warm and good value. Coffee is very good too. Great Leon standard. Staff were efficient and place was busy but it has lots of seating including some more comfy leather-like sofa seats. It also has bar stool seating ideal for working with laptop points. Place was clean mid-morning so no complaints.
Low expectation for airport food but this Leon eatery should not be underestimated. We ordered Jerk Chicken salad. It was amazing but not authentically jerk. I don't normally enjoy salad and veg, but this dish was sumptuously flavoursome. As good as one can expect at an airport....
It’s Leon, it’s fast food. I think some of the people here might be expecting gourmet food. Anyway, I got the vegan Love burger and really loved it. The patty tasted like the Beyond Meat one and the sauces were really nice as well. The staff was super friendly too
Only place the queue time was reasonable. The avocado halloumi “muffin” does not look like in the pictures. Way too small, way too greasy. Nice staff though.
Perfect choice!! The only place open at 5.30am, this was a welcome find for an early morning wake up. We were met with a very warm welcome, fast order process and very quick delivery of my order placed. The staff clearly work well as a team ensuring a smooth transaction and happy customers. The drinks we chose and the food are great value. I had Earl Grey and a croissant, my friend had a lovely looking flat white and a croissant too. We actually had 2 while waiting for our gate to be announced, the queues ebbed and flowed but never ridiculous and always seats available with clean clear tables.
