Food was good and came out hot, and staff were polite and quick. The only issue was the bathroom not being very clean. Still a decent grab if you’re hungry
Was proper hungry after a sunday at the jmo and came here... only ever been a kfc twice so didnt know what to get. Big lad at the front called liam recommended few stuff and ended up going wi a gravy box. Was really nice will come back again.
Absolutely fantastic experience in this KFC , I now wouldn’t go to any other. Food was fantastic and the service was great really hope Liam gets the credit he deserves. Excellent job young man.
Food was nice and place was clean. The server Liam genuinely made the experience, so helpful with everything and took pride in his work. Hope this gets to someone as that young man deserves a reward.
Nice pleasant staff but whereas you used to receive two different pieces of chicken in a meal for one, I have had just drumsticks in each box several times...Sorry, but KFC is just not as good as it used to be
Do not have a non-standard order Long queue at drive through so went in store to order big mistake. Can't order through in store machine as I only wanted 3 pieces chicken. So waited to give my order at till. Totally ignored until I had to stop one of the members of staff. All they do is stare at the screens for orders made by just eat etc and orders made from in store machines. Whatever happened that people think nobody needs personal service. And to cap it all the response I got was "I have to serve from the screen". Seriously wake up and look around. Not the best KFC I've had either. Won't go again.
As kfc's go. I'll be honest this really is not the best. If you get your food late in the day its dry and over cooked. The most infuriating thing which happens almost every time however is items are forgotten on orders. Gravy , sauces small items but none the less vital to meal regularly forgotten
Oh my goodness will never go there again! Actually ordered in the shop, waited 15 minutes, whilst waiting, witnessed the rudest staff assistant shouting at the delivery drivers. Eventually received my order (which if you do decide to go there be it at your peril) check your order as when I got home half of the order was missing and the food was cold and overcooked. Wish I could have put no stars!!!
Just terrible order machines don't work properly and not giving order number. 40 minutes wait for food plenty of grumpy staff but nobody qualified to clean tables Walking in thinking about going back to the car and getting my overalls on to stay clean and dred to think of what to toilets would be like In a nut shell don't go here and wast time and cash will not go back by any means just wow not in a good way
