   Food didn't all come together. Staff seemed quick to clear the tables before we had finished but slow to take pudding orders and issue bill. I love the fact the standard reply is something like.:'we are so happy you enjoyed your visit' No we didn't there were many things that aren't positive in my review

   Well what can I say it was a fun night , due to the people I was with and also the atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the service from Monika (the waitress) was amazing. She was on point with everything, never had to put your hand up for service she kept an eye on us all night and the timing of her service was spot on. You could see everyone was having a great night so I will defo go back. A very well done to all .

   Had a really enjoyable three course lunch here, today. I'd booked and asked if we could be seated in a booth to avoid a kids party on the opposite side of the restaurant. The waitress asked which one we'd like to sit in before seating us and providing menus. The portions were the ideal size. We ate everything that we'd ordered, just took a small portion of dessert as son was unable to finish it all. Food was freshly prepared and hot. Bosco salad was delicious and liked that I was ask if I'd like to order bread to go with it. Too many places assume you'd want that, so makes a nice change to have the option to order if required. Restaurant wasn't too busy when we were seated at 12:20, but there was a small queue of people waiting to be seated when we left around 13:45. Really enjoyed the food and visit. Well done to the team!

   Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst staff and service I have ever experienced. This place deserves to be closed. Horrible management and catering team. Luciana (manager) is very poorly trained in all aspects required in a work environment. Going to a different pizza express is a better choice in my opinion, believe me.

   I recently visited Pizza Express in Walton on Thames. On the whole, the service was friendly and the staff were very helpful. However, I felt that the pizza lacked cheese and was quite expensive. It didn't quite live up to what I expected from a Pizza Express, but if you're looking for a quick bite to eat this is a good place to go.

   This is the best Pizza Express in Surrey. The Pizza Chef has been working that oven for 25+ years!!! He used to be making the pizzas there when I was a boy, and I returned this week after 14 years living abroad to find him still there.....and he made some epic food. IT WAS SO GOOD I RETURNED WITH MY FAMILY 3 TIMES IN THE 1 WEEK WE WERE VISITING!! the staff here are also fantastic, friendly and helpful, and all this trickles down from the Manageress who has also been running this place perfectly for years!! @pizzaexpressheadoffice needs to take note and reward these guys for excellence!!

   Please read this review and like it for my time: I usually enjoy eating at pizza express however I wasn't pleased when I ate the other day. The waitress who served us was very friendly but some staff didn't seem as nice, and they came across rude at times. The room wasn't set out very well, with most of the tables cramped together with not enough space at all. I think they can get some more comfy seats too. It was very noisy throughout the whole evening. We had to wait a long time to even sit down, though we booked a table! When we finally received our food, the dough balls were very tasty. I tried a new pasta dish, however the pasta was dry and chewy and the sauce tasted a little like sick! I ordered the tiramisu for pudding as I've had it before. It tasted nothing like I've had in other pizza express restaurants and it was disappointing. It was all overpriced and not worth having. Rude staff, noisy area, terrible seating, long wait, dry and tasteless food, overpriced. I was very dissapointed in this pizza express and i don't recommend visiting it.

   Good weekday lunchtime offer - classic pizza and a soft drink for £6.95. Tasty and well cooked. Helpful and attentive staff, if a little slow at clearing up the empty tables.
