Arrived an hour before close, regardless of that we got seated and welcomed in, we have a 2month newborn with us and the staff were very accommodating and they also have a changing mat for the little one in the disabled toilet which came in super handy!
Food is tasty and came quick, service was also great. The crew is friendly and accommodating, especially our server Julianne! Thank you! We will be coming back for sure!

We went on a quite quiet Wednesday evening. The service was appalling and it took forever to get seated, have our order taken and they forgot to bring drinks. The waitresses were instead having a very lovely time chatting in the corner facing the wall and not hearing the bell that was dinging to bring people their food. Fortunately, the food itself was great. We were just let down by the serving team.

The best place to have a kids party in the area. Our daughter just recently celebrated her 8th Birthday at Pizza express, Cobham M25 services. From the moment we spoke to Fazel, and Elise on the phone we knew it was going to be a great party, but they really did exceed all the expectations we already had. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly team, and taken to our designated party area which they had decorated with balloons, they had created a pizza making station for the children too. When the guests arrived they were taken on a behind the scenes tour of the kitchen, and restaurant, which they loved! The chef then gave all the children a live demonstration on how to make different pizzas, from classic to romana. They were then off to make their own pizzas, they all loved rolling out their own dough and creating their own pizzas. The Children all went to wash their hands, chat for a few minutes then the pizza's were all ready very quickly. They were provided with Cordial and dough balls, the parents were able to order refreshments aswell. The pizza is great here too, next time we fancy our pizza express fix we will be coming here. The Chef and Fazel were engaging with the kids, cracking jokes and making it a fun experience for all the children. Afterwards the children were all awarded with personalised certificates, and we all sang happy birthday. The party was very good value for money, entertaining for children age 7-14, each one of the staff made us feel special, and nothing was too much. The atmosphere is lovely there. Olivia our daughter said it was the best party she ever had, we had great feedback from our guests, and our 14 year old son and his best friend had great fun too. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone for their childrens next party.
I'd been hoping to try this restaurant out for a little while but hadn't had the opportunity. I was pleased to finally get the time. They had only just opened when we got there so ordered drinks, then starters and mains. Service was attentive but not pushy. The restaurant was busy but not overly so. It was a delight to have a "proper restaurant" at a motorway services. Hopefully I'll get to visit again; their romana bases are the best.
I love this place! The service is fast and efficient, food is delicious, hygiene is good, there is a wide choice of dishes for vegetarians. They make you feel like home :)
Absolutely awful service. We arrived at 7:30pm and were told there were no tables available... hard to believe with the numerous empty tables... with 3 waitresses standing around doing nothing. We were then told we could order for takeaway. As we wait for our takeaway a family comes in asks for a table and they are seated? This within minutes with no one else having left the restaurant. We ask a second waitress why they were seated and she apologised saying they were understaffed and doing what the manager told her to do? Not offering sit down meals to everyone is fine but come on you can't pick and chose who to serve!
