Lovely service from a woman and younger lad looked like she was training him but done very quickly and easily and so helpful when I wanted to try something but wasn’t sure if I’d like it & food is amazingggggg so hot x

Absolutely superb! First time we’ve used jacks this evening after months of saying we will and we weren’t disappointed. Some of the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time and the staff were very friendly and chatty also. We will definitely be returning.
SO disappointed! We get fish and chips delivered every Friday and look forward to it, but a couple of weeks ago the fish came in a box which can't be recycled and £6.64 for a large portion of chips which is already extortionate, but now half the usual size!! We will be trying the new one in Shepperton High St next week which has great reviews. Everyone was very unhappy, even the fish was smaller than usual, not good Jacks, especially with all the competition
Had haddock on offer, freshly fried on order, absolutely delicious, regular chips for two, which were large enough portions we could've shared one. Also delicious. First time here, staying with family, will definitely come again, highly recommended, good value too, friendly staff.
Great local fish and chips, great prices and very welcoming service
We had cod and chips twice and one mushy peas. Prices have gone up significantly, presumably due to the cost of fuel to fry the food. Four stars because my portion of chips had lots of nice chips, but my husbands was full of lots of tiny bit.

Always use this place, wonderful fish and chips Always..however tonight. Although my husband waited for the fish to be cooked (like it freshly cooked) don't want fish that has been under the lights..tonight batter burnt and fish dry.. disappointing
Nice walk for two hours by water falls and nice stop for food and shoping
