   Ordered the munch box and extra fries. Looked absolutely nothing like pictures online and even other peoples food from looking at the reviews… Burger was burnt, chips and mozzarella sticks were rubbery. I kindly asked if I could swap the chips the box comes with (cheesy bacon fries) to the nacho cheese jalapeño fries. Was told it wasn’t possible. Fair enough some places have set menus and don’t like to h change things. Lastly customer service is none existent, no lead time on the food no cost of how much it would be, no good bye or thank you when paying/leaving, no nothing…

   WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Honstely don’t know how this place is still open the food is horrible. We collected and when we returned home not even five minutes from hotbox the food was all soggy!!! £40 for small portion of chips and two burgers what a waste!! The staff were extremely rude as we collected the order even if the food was nice I wouldn’t return due to how the staff working there treated us on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever !!!

   DISAPPOINTED!! first time we have ordered hot box, was expecting something special but it wasn’t to be. Firstly we were sent the wrong burger that was soggy and tasteless. We ordered a cheddar fella burger, we were sent a plain cheese burger. The fries where burnt, definitely think we was given the left overs, but 2 portions where the same and both where hardly touched. The chicken tenders were nice but wouldn’t order just for them. This is the only reason for the 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 star. Won’t be ordering again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

   I ordered The Hotbox from Hotbox, and honestly, it was a solid choice. For £25, you get a double smash burger, hot honey tenders, crispy chilli beef, and bacon fries. The smash burger was spot-on, juicy, full of flavor, and exactly how a smash burger should be. The hot honey tenders surprised me; crispy on the outside, tender inside, and that sweet heat just worked. The crispy chilli beef was probably my favorite, loads of flavor, nice crunch, just really good. The bacon fries were a nice touch too, fresh, hot, and just the right amount of indulgent. Everything turned up hot, fresh, and ready to demolish. No complaints, just good food.

   We ordered from hotbox last night and it was the nicest burger and chips we have ever had. From the phonecall to collection the staff were so lovely, polite and helpful. It's a lovely little place, really clean and welcoming. Portion sizes are perfect and the food itself was just great! See you again soon!

   I wanted to enjoy this and support a newish local business. It was very very poor, I feel ripped off! £18 for 2x single burgers and chips. I don't mind paying if the quality is good, but I've had better McDonalds.

   First and last time we will go here the salt on the chips was poured on far to much the chicken was really crispy and hard the kids couldn't eat it and the salt pepper on the noodles was far to much and hot couldn't even enjoy it. Only thing the food was tasty but too much I don't think it's ideal for kids to eat in here due to the way the chicken is cooked its so hard also we picked up and stil waited a long time for are food thought we would get a nice experience from here but tonight we didn't after looking forward to trying it.
