I love paying Pret A Manger a visit whenever I’m connecting through London. Pret A Manger has yummy vegan options, which consist of juices, fresh fruits, salads and wraps. The Hummus and Falafal Mezze Salad and the Hummus and Chipotle Wrap are my favorites. I order a coffee with oat milk and it’s always hot and wakes me right on up.

Overall: β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† (0 stars!) **AVOID AVOID AVOID ** These are facts not just a rant! Firstly people be very aware and if you’re after a quick sandwich or bite to eat. Bring your own and absolutely AVOID Pret A Manger. Pret, you should hang your head in shame with the outrageous, disgusting prices which only take severe advantage of travellers. You might counter that no one has forced my hand but essentially it has been because there are no other sandwich shops or places to grab a quick bite in T4. It’s no wonder Pret is no longer the darling of the high street and fast dwindling. You'll also likely send a bog standard response rather than taking time to address these points Food: Overpriced, mostly mediocre sandwiches What I liked: β€’ N/A What I didn’t like: β€’ Outrageous, advantage taking prices β€’ Dry, uninspiring sandwiches β€’ A small still plastic water bottle Β£2.15, yep Β£2.15! β€’ Crisps for Β£2.05 - yes Β£2.05 for a small bag!! β€’ A coconut bite - literally a bite for Β£3.10!! β€’ Dirty service area β€’ Dried out β€˜hot snack’ cabinet β€’ Dull, outdated interior β€’ Indifferent customer service (too busy chatting amongst themselves and not particularly friendly) β€’ DO NOT FORGET you’ll also be charged an additional 20% VAT on most items if you want to sit down yet if you take two steps away you can sit without paying this. Absolutely defies logic. Do I recommend going? NO Will I go again? NO Was it good value? NO Price Point: $$

The staff don't know what is a Perk. They used the perk and as well let me paid the product plus laughing on my face. I checked the receive and let me paid for it. Unfortunately I Didn't check proprierly there but I saw in my statement bank. The staff don't know what they are doing or more worse they do it in porpoise ....shame I would like to give zero star but I can give one for the coffee

6.50pm. Ordered a cup of tea and a toasted sandwich. The female manager served me. When I opened the lid for the tea cup I found that there was far too much milk. I waited for 5 mins and it was simply flooding with milk. So I took it back to her. She asked me to bring my tea back which I did and she then said to me that I should ask for little milk. I said that you should know how to make tea. I heard her saying to the other waiter that she does not care when I was going to the table. This time there was just simPly not enough milk. I took it back to her and asked her to drink it herself. I did not even eat her toasters. Went to Costa. What a difference. Milk was served in a small pot. This manager should be sacked instantly with her rude attitude she needs to go on further training for customer service although I doubt very much if she will improve

The name, meaning 'ready to eat' is an adaptation of the French expression prΓͺt Γ  porter (ready to wear). Pret A Manger is a go-to for lunch time. The name means ready to eat, and although it sounds French, the company are actually British. The first ever Pret store was opened in Hampstead in London in 1983. Their food is decent and the staff are good.
