   ⭐ 1 Star Review On 15/10/2025 at 17:08, I ordered Paneer Samosas from the shop. The lady at the counter told me that the order would take 20 minutes to prepare, so I waited outside. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I returned to collect the order and saw the same lady take the samosas directly from the freezer and put them straight into the oil. The entire frying process took only 2–3 minutes, and the samosas were handed to me immediately afterward. I asked the staff member why I was told to wait 20 minutes when she prepared them in just 2–3 minutes. She replied that they needed to “make sure the samosas reach the right temperature before putting them in oil.” However, I personally witnessed her take the samosas straight from the freezer and place them into the oil — there was no time allowed for thawing. Everything I saw should be visible on the shop’s CCTV cameras, as I was standing right there during the preparation. When I reached home, I found that the samosas were undercooked, very oily, and not properly fried. The paper bag was soaked with oil inside. This raises serious food hygiene and safety concerns, as the food was clearly not prepared properly and may pose a health risk. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I am happy to provide photo evidence of food condition and details if required.

   I would just like to say a big thank you to Punjab Express for catering for my pre-wedding events for my sons wedding. The food was first class and enjoyed by all guests. They catered for the gurduwara event I ordered samosas / pakoras including all the sauces. For the Mayian I ordered samosas / paneer spring rolls / tea / sholay / puris / dahi pala / yellow rice / halwa. The food was delivered when they said they would. We also had a pizza night and there was so much choice and the pizzas were delivered in a timely manner. I also used the restaurant to eat in for my guests who were local and from the North - ranging from chaats / paratha / mango - sweet lassi / burgers / paneer wraps etc etc I have no hesitation in using them again. My guests really enjoyed their experience as the staff was so attentive. The owner was professional and kept me updated throughout the events. The communication was great and I was looked after. Thank you so much and I really appreciate the hardwork your staff do. I did keep them busy as at times I would ring them with last minute orders. Basically all my food throughout the week was catered by them and the good thing was we did not cook anything at home - not even make tea! Thank you once again:) Kulbinder Kaur

   Have taken at least 5 times lamb curry it was very good ,thist time I ordered kadhai lamb for a change ....they gave me the same lamb curry not tasted any difference.I am totally disappointed after paying £8:99. I would not order again.

   Ordered 4 nans from here and 2 currys the aloo paratha and garlic nann was ok so was the chilli nann the mooli partha had way to much chilli im indian and can handle chilli but was very over powering currys wasnt to my liking very disappointed

   The first time I ordered was great but wow tried again and food was not the same. I called up about it and all they want to do is 15% off next time. They have changed the chef and food is despicable. Spent £21 and in went in the bin. Would never eat here again.

   Good addition to the local area. Good menu and choices. The butter paneer was very tasty and nans were brilliant. I also tried the vegetable and paneer samosas which were very tasty.
