   When this place opened it was really good and the food was cooked fresh and was really quite tasty. Seems to have gone downhill and the food has suffered - not as nice and portions have got smaller. I don't think they are as busy as they once were. Real shame as I used to love the food here.

   I don't ever leave negative reviews however this restaurant has gone down hill !!! This was my favourite restaurant and was a regular until 2 days ago, the food was horrendous, I don't know whether that is because a new chef has been hired or? The tandoori mix grill had a horrible funny taste and definitely doesn't taste the same! The sheesh kebab had a bitter taste!! Lack of staff is shown through late delayed orders especially when it is very busy, like it was then! However, Anna who served us with amazing customer service, apologised for the inconvenience and will review this further.

   So after hearing good things from a couzin, we ordered via deliveroo. The restaurant decided to not send any Milkshake even though it was available on the app. Instead they just put a small note on the bill outside the packaging ( which is so negligible) to say, " not available, please claim your money through deliveroo". If an item was made available on the app then its the restaurant responsibility to do more for a customer who has paid the money and ordered food in good faith. When we called the restaurant, we spoke with a clueless person called Tanya who had no idea what is going on. She passed the call to her Manger called "Ana" who was outright rude and said things like, "if you had ordered food from us directly we could have done something".... "we tried to call you, please check your phone" when there was no missed call or message on the phone. Liars through the teeth. Disgusting service for a customer who has ordered 1st time from you guys, really need to change the attitude and staff with this attitude as at this rate you won't have many customers coming back to your restaurant. Hope the owners read this review and do something about this.

   One and only reason its No Go Place as they cheat on menu. and makes you read what actually isnt written in menu. as you see Kids Set Menu image of thiers. I dont see its says that £6.95 has either one of the option to choose from Honey Paneer Tikka "or" Butter Paneer. however when ordered this set menu, after 15 mins waiter comes and ask, if I need Honey Paneer tikka or Butter Paneer, I said, does it have to be one or the other? as i cant see that written on menu. he agrees and goes away, after 10 mins he comes again with his Manager spoon fed words says "actually in this kids veg set menu you can only get either one" i said where does it says? he goes it doesnt say but thats how it is. than i cancelled it as its purely cheat. then ordered food comes in below no logical sense. Butter Naan (had ordered as part of main course, as clearly no one need Naan with papodom) Chutney papadom then after 15 mins when Asked why Naan is here and not the main course? then they bring Main course after 5 mins meanwhile naan becomes like cold piece of flour! Totally poor and cheated service with costed high ens ambient!

   DELICIOUS FOOD, WARM AMBIENCE, AWESOME DECOR and PERFECT Restaurant to organise your BIG DAY I had my Daughters big day at Fusion Tadka. It ticked all the boxes we dreamt to have our daughters big day a memorable event. Organising so well with fulfilling Social distancing measures shows a good team work. 1. Decor was awesome and fit in perfect with pleasant ambience 2. Food was very tasty, warm and look and feel was like mesmerising 3. Staff service was great, all with a smile and very accomodative Though we could see the restaurant was very busy due to weekend, there were no flaws to the event, everything was looked at and managed well. This only happens with perfect Management. I thank all the team in Fusion Tadka. Words are less to express this but you have made our Big day a memorable one. All our guest are talking about it and how well the dinner went. Thank you once again :)
