   Great food and service. Staff are very attentive. Watch out for being offered poppadoms. We were rushed into agreeing to have 1 per person before even looking at the menu to find out that not only are they not free but they're £1.95 EACH - £14 on poppadoms!!! Needless to say, if we go again, we won't be ordering any!! Other than that, the main meals were excellent - curries were full of flavour, the chapattis/naans were soft, light&fluffy. Drinks hadn't been refrigerated so they weren't particularly enjoyable at room temperature and, although we asked for ice, the waiter said he'd bring all the drinks without because some of us wanted ice and some didn't. The interior could really do with a facelift to improve the ambience as it's quite dated. Food wise, we would definitely go again :)

   Absolutely Disgraceful – One of the Worst Experiences I've Ever Had If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far one of the most disappointing, frustrating, and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I placed my order through Uber Eats at 3:00 PM – a time when their system clearly shows they’re open and accepting orders. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called the restaurant. Their response? “Oh, the driver doesn’t start until 4:30.” Excuse me? Then why are you accepting orders at 3:00?! That’s incredibly misleading and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. The food finally arrived nearly two hours later. Part of the order was missing too — as if the long wait weren’t enough. Worst of all, no one even apologized. Not a word of regret, no compensation, not even the basic courtesy of acknowledging their mistake. The entire attitude was careless and indifferent. To make things worse, I didn’t even get to eat the food. I had to leave for work by the time it arrived, and the delay completely ruined my schedule — and my day. I ended up wasting £30 on food I never got to eat, and I left the house angry, hungry, and stressed. This experience was an absolute nightmare. Horrible service, unacceptable delay, missing items, and a customer service attitude that’s basically “we don’t care.” I will NEVER order from this place again, and I strongly warn others to avoid it unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and left hungry.

   First time their. Most probably my last. Had great expectations for this restaurant. Wont knock the food, the food was very good. Service was really poor. No attentiveness to customers.there was One member of staff and one manager on shift . In a pretty full restaurant. Starter's took 1 hour to come. We left it at that unfortunately. We didnt have mains. Poor service...

   Best Nepalese restaurant in London. They have some special dishes which is really really enjoyable, me and my family fall on love with their foodq, Specially chicken shislik bhuna, gurkali chicken bhutwa, gurkas prawn, garlic chille mashroom and biryani was fantastic Staff are very professional. Highly recommended that place, if you are real curry lover this is a great place. Thank you Gurkha's pride for your lovely foods and 5 star service. See you again soon

   6 Pieces of Momo, only because of acchar/sauce momo is okay otherwise the taste of momo itself wud be very bad but can you believe its even worse than some of the restaurants offer of 8 piece lol Anyway worst one was the lamb biryani i had, its taste exactly like karai ma last ma dareko gravy haru sanga mix garera deko jasto bhat ani masu, u can literally taste the bitterness of the spices burnt in the pan. Not happy of spending my 30quid in the Nepali restaurant when you have the craving of nepalese cuisine. Please look at the pic of LAMB BIRYANI lol

   Following eating at the Gurkha Ruislip and getting take aways, i was always happy with the food and service. But today i ordered a take away, Lamb tikka and a chicken dish, the lamb was Not eatable too tough, and the chicken dish, made my granddaughter sick. I called the restaurant, explained everything, the lady was polite and apologised, she then put the manager on, the manager said the will be hard as its cooked in a tandoor. Her voice was quite aggressive, she then put the phone done on me, i called back, to inform them i would never eat there again or order takeaway again. The Gurkha Pride Ruislip is finished for me !!!!
