   Absolutely amazing experience at Pitza Express! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly everything from the pizza to the sides was spot-on. What really made our visit special was Renata, our waitress. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She checked in just the right amount, always with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find service that genuine these days. Highly recommend this place — and if you can, ask for Renata!

   Popped in this evening, without a booking and was seated straight away. I live close by and always forget it exists. Lots of choice on the menu, but I came for the Dough Balls! I had Hot Honey Dough Balls and original Dough Balls - I must admit I prefer the original! Pizza was good, I opted for the American with additional mushrooms- yes, you can add extras in the Pizza, which is always a win-win for me! I had the caramel blondie dessert, but they had run out of caramel sauce, so I had Biscoff sauce instead! Service was great, couldn't fault it. The Pizza wasn't as good as I remembered. Still good, just not to the standard I was expecting. Still a very nice snug restaurant.

   Amazing food and amazing service! I come here very often with my partner and if you ever have the pleasure of being served by Renata then you’ll understand why I am writing this review. Thank you for always being so kind, friendly and helpful. She always has such a great and positive attitude and makes our experience better, the food is always freshly prepared and delicious too! Would highly recommend.

   I had a wonderful meal at Pizza Express in Ruislip and would happily return. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive from start to finish. The food was excellent - fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. I ordered the classic Fiorentina - the one with the 'egg and spinach', plus mozzarella, tomato, Gran Milano cheese, black olives and garlic oil. The dough balls to start were a must, as always, and the dessert - Tiramisu - was a lovely treat to end the meal. Service was quick, even during a busy time, and everything arrived hot and just as ordered. You can tell the team takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you're popping in for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, Pizza Express Ruislip is a great choice. Highly recommended!

   We turned up without a booking and had no issue getting a table on a weekday evening, but it did get busy while we were there so it's worth booking for security. We were in and out within an hour, after having starters, mains and desserts. Everything was fresh, hot and tasted perfect. The dough balls especially are a winner every time. Our server Katie was easily the most attentive and friendly staff member we've had in a long time. Never felt rushed at any point, and she was always ready to clear plates and bring the next course, dessert menus, more drinks, etc as soon as we were ready, despite having many other tables to attend to. She was knowledgeable and patient, and is a great asset to your team. Thank you we will definitely be back again!

   We tried to order some calamari which unfortunately was out of stock, it was nice that we got a phone call for a substitute instead. this was meant to be chilli prawns, it honestly looks like stock leftovers, there were 4 prawns in there, they were defiantly not fresh, they had a chewy texture which is very normal for frozen prawns. Not what I was expecting at all. You can not call yourself a chef and make this, it was actually laughable. If you don’t know how to cook please don’t make up something on the spot just stick to the menu or offer a refund. Pizza express has just gone down hill.

   Thoroughly enjoyed a meal here after such a long time! I found out in the morning that Pizza Express have launched new items on the menu including pesto and jalapeño dough balls! Dough balls were delicious but they were not my cup of tea! I think I’d stick with the original dough balls! The young Asian waiter who started a couple of days ago is doing really well and he provided us with excellent customer service!

   Love the food at Pizza Express. Went here to have lunch for my niece's birthday. The place was nice and the staff were friendly. The food arrived quickly as well. They do a great 3 course option for kids and they give them a activity book to keep them busy. I had an American Pizza (Pepperoni)
