   I placed an order for pizza on the website for delivery which will not arrive. The pizza hut delivery website says they're open until midnight but Google says open until 11pm. So I'm stuck in limbo having paid for a pizza that will never arrive as they're closed!! Order confirmed but no delivery, very frustrating! I need my money back, please don't try to send me a pizza when you open tomorrow, I don't want that. You've got to fix that

   Ordered a vegetarian pizza for collection. No issue about available on time. The pizza was not up to mark. Not long time ago we had eaten same pizza at different pizza hut branches (twice). They were made far better than this one. Its because of good pizza hut experience at other branches we purchased here. But I would not be purchasing from here.

   If you want to order items that don't turn up then enjoy. Phone the restaurant and ask about missing items to be told they were sent and its not there problem ask just eat then this is the place for you. Rude delivery driver when asked about missing items yep they have that as well. If all this is not enough to temp you then if you like cold pizza they do that too comes with a chicken side that is not how it looks on the menu

   Very nice indeed. I'm quite surprised by the previous reviews and views on this Croxley branch. This is the second time we've been here in the past several or so months and again we've really enjoyed it. I went to collect our order. The gentleman who served me was very polite, professional, and informative. The food was piping hot, looked amazing, fresh, and the topping portions on both pizzas looked significant. Overall we paid 39.96 for 2 large pizzas (one of which was stuffed crust), 2 upgraded sides, a cookie doe w/vanilla ice cream dessert, and a 1.5l Tango. All in all me and my family are very satisfied with the service, pricing, and quality of the food. Thanks again guys. We will be back.

   I went for a collection this evening. I called 15 minutes in advance and ordered 2 large pizzas (1 was stuffed crust). When I arrived they were just leaving the oven. Hot, fresh, and on time. Very satisfied customer. Thanks guys!

   God bless this Pizza Hut and the staff working there! Exceptional service, went in 5min before closing time and expected that they wouldn't take my order anymore. Instead I got the best Customer Service I have ever experienced in any Fast Food place. Pizza hot and delicious as always, Cookies and Ice Cream are also great!
