I was so looking forward to trying this company, when I finally did, disappointment is an understatement. The vegan burger was lukewarm, the cheese dry and crispy, the lettuce was also dry and the bun was so crispy it was falling apart. For the price I thought the quality would be better.
Stopped here for lunch on our way home expecting quality food. The service was slow, the food we received was lukewarm at best and items were missing from the order. Thankfully we hadn't left so we were able to go back and ask for them. The seating area was disgraceful with tables looking like they hadn't been wiped down all morning. There was rubbish on tables and on the floor and the bins were overflowing with more piling up on top. The only redeeming quality was the cleanliness of the kitchen, staff were regularly cleaning work stations and washing their hands between preparing food.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Leon in Cobham Services! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely valued as customers. The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with a smile. The food was just as impressive—generous portions, excellent quality, and amazing value for money. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s not often you find a place at a service station that goes above and beyond both in service and food quality, but Leon at Cobham truly delivered. A huge thank you to the team for such a great experience! I’ll definitely be stopping by again and would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through. Keep up the amazing work!
I love LEON food and always go for LEON. This restaurant in this location lacked an operations manager. The order screens did not work and staff did not deal with this. Staff were busy and not friendly or smily. Tables were dirty. It was around 1pm on a Saturday so a busy time but one member on staff should rotate and check the restaurant. My food was great. Some of the fries had a black big in them but the burger was absolutely perfect. I would hate this brand to fail in future due to lack of staff and attention to details in operations.
I had a wonderful experience at Leon Cobham today. I’m Vegan and allergic to Gluten. I spoke to one of your colleagues - Navik, I think that’s the name and he helped me choose the perfect breakfast item by making sure the ingredients were safe for me by checking in their Leon Book. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Navik for your wonderful service.

Today, I had lunch at Leon Cobham and it was a great experience! The food was fantastic, service was outstanding and it’s a great place to relax while you eat at the Motorway. Navik, one of your servers could not have been nicer or more helpful. He helped to carry our lunch and asked us if we enjoyed it. Highly recommend the restaurant - definitely worth a visit!
Waited 20 minutes for this “fast food”, almost missed my coach, and they forgot the cheese on my cheesy fries. Can the manager respond please to organise my refund.
