   Last Saturday evening, I had the pleasure of dining at Tonito Hatchend with my family, and I must say, the experience was quite memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere that perfectly complemented the family-oriented vibe we were hoping for. The restaurant was buzzing with activity, which added to the lively feeling of the evening. The food at Tonito Hatchend undoubtedly stood out as the highlight of our visit. Each dish was exceptional, showcasing a wonderful blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. I ordered the 12-inch mushroom pizza, and it was an absolute delight. The crust was perfectly baked, with just the right amount of crispness, while the toppings were generous and flavorful. My family members chose the spaghetti Neapolitan, which was also a hit. The pasta was cooked to perfection, accompanied by a rich, tangy sauce that was a true testament to Italian cooking. For dessert, we indulged in both fudge cake and tiramisu. The fudge cake was decadently rich and satisfying, while the tiramisu offered a lighter, creamy finish that balanced out our meal beautifully. Overall, I would rate the food a solid five stars; it was truly outstanding and exceeded our expectations. While the food was impressive, I did feel slightly rushed during the ordering process. Our waitress advised us to place our orders quickly, as the restaurant tends to get busy, which put a bit of pressure on us to decide. Though I understand the need for efficiency in a bustling environment, it would have been nice to have a more relaxed pace to enjoy the evening and make our choices. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it at 4.5 stars. The restaurant's vibrant energy is certainly a plus, but it can get quite loud, making it challenging to hold conversations at times. If you're looking for an intimate dining experience, this might be something to consider. In summary, Tonito Hatchend is a fantastic choice for a family dinner, offering delicious food and a lively atmosphere.    We had a decent lunch at this restaurant and were very pleased with the food. All the three main dishes taste good and also come with larger than average portions. This is my first visit and will surely come again.

   Very nice, modern looking Mediterranean restaurant. Food was delicious and we had great service. Atmosphere was also very much for occasion so definitely must visit for any larger or individual celebration. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

   I have never posted a review about a business before, however, what we experienced this evening is nothing short of an utter disgrace. The moment we arrived the lady in charge on the evening set the tone for how the night was going to unfold. She was extremely rude, made an initial comment about taking so long to order, it was 6pm and there was no other diners in the restaurant, but still had the nerved to tut and rush us into ordering. We were a party of 12 with 6 young children, so being rushed into ordering within 5 minutes of sitting down is ridiculous. A group of 4 joined later behind us and some how dropped a bottle of wine on the ground, which smashed, where one piece of glass hit my friend in the neck, and another landed in a plate of bread. Again the lady took offence about asking for the table cloth to be replaced due to there being shards of glass on it, and another member of staff laughed at my friend when he told them he had been hit in the neck. The mains arrived, and 4 dishes were pizza with meat on them. The meat was absolutely disgusting and tasted like it was off. When we complained, she said it was absolutely fine and must be something wrong with our taste buds. After taking offence to that comment we decided to bring up the disgusting service we had received all evening and she just laughed. All in all, a complete shambles, if the food was good, you could allow for the shoddy service, but with both being utterly shocking I would highly recommend not going to this place.

   The pizza was amazing, could not get the photo of the same but the pasta was very average, will certainly recommend the pizza for every vegetarian. Do ask for claudia (not sure if that's the correct name though) she is very warm and hospirable, made our meal very comfortable. The dessert was amazing too. Will certainly visit again for the pizza

   I love this little family restaurant - and I keep going back. A really good Italian restaurant with a friendly Portuguese chef! Portions are huge and delicious, I truly recommend! Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff who make you feel like family.

   Our first family visit to this new Italian restaurant. Brightly lit restaurant with eye catching paintings . Excellent head chef / owner Tonito . Friendly and very efficient staff who provided us with excellent service . Past , pizza cooked to our taste . Excellent desserts on the house . I would definitely recommend the restaurant .
