Stephanie made my experience really welcoming, she is knowledgeable and attentive. I was dining alone tonight but I felt in good company with all the staff, especially Stephanie. Thank you, I'll be back again on my stay! The food was fresh, fast and delicious as always.
Absolutely horrible service. I asked a waitress for a simple glass of water to which she directed me to a location and told me to get it myself. After my meal was ready, she delivered me a chicken butterfly dish without a single piece of cutlery. I asked her if she could get me a knife and fork, to which she replied "There are plenty of knives and forks over there, (pointing in another direction) you can get some from there". To top it all off, my chicken was as dry as a desert, even though I had ordered a lemon and herb flavoured chicken. Would not ever return. I would recommend others to avoid this place.
I first saw the movie WAR-2 in this theater and I felt very happy watching it. It was like watching it in our India and in Hyderabad. The sound was perfect. So again, I am an OG ( Original Gangster" ) Pawan Kalyan fan so I thought I would be very happy to watch it in this one. Sony picture quality, Dolby sound. All the seats are in recliner luxury style, there are individual food tables in the auditorium. There are accessibility toilets and a low ticket counter. Hearing loops are available at the counters; Some screens have infrared hearing assistance.
Overall great experience, very professional service and freshly prepare food. We were a family of 9 people so this branch offer multiple seating areas which can accommodate large groups. Best part is this branch serves #halal halal chicken. Conveniently located on Watford high street with plenty of parking options. Highly recommended if you are around this area.
nandinos is perfect and only £5.95 get the burger (u can choose from any spice level) bc the chicken breast just looks boiled n v plain also comes with 2 sides!!!!!! n drink such a bargain honestly

Ordered from deliveroo. They had missing items. Its fine it happens. But then the salad in the pitta was out of date- it was rotten. Then the halloumi was gone off also....it was sour. Literally took a picture of it and sent it via customer service on the deliveroo app. Full refund was given. Even they could see how bad it was just by a picture. Shame on these guys. They know exactly what they did.
Good service. Packed to the brim on a Friday evening but thanks to the amazing staff, didn't have to wait long to get a table. Ambiance was okay and the chicken was amazing. The sauces were zingy, spicy, savory and not as hot as expected. Flavorful package overall.
Beautiful ambience and very helpful staff. I'm glad we are back to ordering at the til after freedom day of lockdown. Keep up the good service.
