   Discraceful service and response from staff, this is meant to be a mixed kebab for £9 5 peices of chicken and 5 peices of lamb, covered in tomato sauce when ordered mayonnaise, called up to ask for a simple swap and got told “this is just our standards” this was labelled as a mix of 2 kebabs barely enough meat for one kebab!

   I hate leaving a poor review for this place as we've had many nice meals, but tonight's experience made me feel like I had too. We order from here regularly and spend alot of money. Tonight's order we ordered chicken pieces and salt and pepper chips for everyone. When food arrived the chips were missing, I phoned the shop instantly explaining that without theses our meal is pointless. I found the man I spoke with was rather rude like he didn't care, paid no attention to what I was saying I didn't even apologise just said they would be right there and hung up. 50min later the delivery driver turned up with the chips. I know its not his fault, and he was shocked that I refused to take the delivery. I refused the chips as tea was already ruined by waiting so long. I told him to let the shop know of my feelings ,as a long and loyal customer I expected more and to be spoken to better. Won't be using these again......

   Staff always appear very busy, and this might be down to good food. The team are pleasant and polite to customers regardless of who you are or age. You will always get a smile from them, delivery is always on time and the free garlic bread comes in handy depending on your order. Compared to other chippy around Kirkby, this is by far one of the best in Kirkby. To top it up, they even have an app, and you get discounts for using the app.

   Pizza was ok. Special Kebab arrived with no onions or chilli sauce as ordered and Nan bread was like cardboard, disappointing.

   I ordered fish along with other items the fish turned up I could not stick my fork in the batter it was that tough I phoned and complained she said she would send another straight out hour later still waited to phone again to be told it was just going on the fryer absolutely disgrace and the amount of noise in background I could not hear what the person on the phone was saying I asked to speak to someone I and then coukd understand and just got ignored tenner down the drain at this time of living that was my monthly treat gone wrong never again

   Our order arrived on time but one of the kids meal was missing. Me and my partner had a salt and pepper box Iv never tasted something so vile! The ribs were tougher than beef jerky the onion rings were soggy the whole meal looked like it had been left for hours. Won’t be ordering again was a waste of money.

   Ordered a Lamb kebab in nan bread from them 22.03.22 and look what I received instead! No salad at all, usually kebabs full to the brim with salad right? Cleary there isn't any!! 2 tiny strips of lettuce, why bother with it? The lamb itself was tough, had to use all my fingers to fight with the meat. Disgraceful I tell you, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
