By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the misfortune to dine in, To be honest it has out me off Taco Bell all together. Hygiene, food quality and service. Me and My friend ended up ill for a couple of days after eating here. Avoid it at all cost. Contacted Taco Bell to explain my feelings and views and got a generic none caring "sorry" response.
I had a great experience at Taco Bell in Kirkby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing especially the tacos and nacho fries! The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re craving something tasty and affordable.
The last time I visited the staff were unhelpful and my burrito was flat and nothing like the picture.Today I was served by a lovely cheerful lady called Apoorva who was very helpful. The food was much better than last time. Food was hot and the service was fast and friendly.
Ordered 2 naked chicken tacos, it's the worst i've ever had. Barely any sauce, salad and cheese. Had to put my own sauce cz its that dry. They've basically given me scrap!
Absolutely shocking experience, arrived Saturday night 21st January 2023 at 18:30. Advised sorry no meat left. About 30 minute wait. How can this be acceptable, bad management or forward planning. Travelled with the family but left sadly disappointed.
Really good value. Very surprised indeed. Got Two double taco meals for £10.49. This was basically enough to feed two boys and a snack for me. Really fresh and tasty. Service at the drive-thru was excellent and the server had a lovely, friendly attitude. Definitely making the trip again, kids loved it.
Food was great, something different than the usual. Prices look great but when you see portion size....work out yourself. Definitely will be back, fries were lovely
Good experience and my food was tasty. Staff were very polite and cheery. I had a crispy chicken burrito meal and I enjoyed it, just enough for lunch. The surrounding area is a building site at the moment so it was a bit difficult to get to the drive through. But once that's done I can't see a problem. I would go here again, worth a visit cos there aren't many taco bell locations. I asked for a large drink but they aren't doing them at the moment so I got given a can of Pepsi Max. Just be aware of that if you choose to go.

Chips had a lovely savoury coating and also crisp. They gave me a cup for to serve my own drink so had a wee top up. Don't know if that is allowed. All good. The restaurant isn't quite finished but I am sure it shouldn't take them long
