We had such a lovely time celebrating a milestone birthday at La Familia! There were nearly 30 of us, with adults enjoying a three-course meal and the kids having two courses and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, organised, and even managed different ages, requirements, and allergies with ease. The meals were pre-ordered which helped. The food came out hot and well presented. Everyone loved their steaks and those who had salmon thought the salmon and sauce were absolutely delicious (however the grapes that it was paired with, several of us wouldn’t recommend, but the roast potatoes and veg sides were spot on!). Starters were a mix; breaded mushrooms were a favourite those that didn’t order them wish they did, the cod cakes weren’t for everyone, but this may be down to personal taste, the same with the creamy vegetable soup which was lovely and warm paired nicely with bread but felt to most like it was missing something. Desserts were absolutely delicious, and the private area we had was perfect, separate enough to feel special but still part of the restaurant. The Christmas decorations made it feel festive, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Well done to the team there and thankyou for having us.

Definitely the best restaurant in Hampton Hill!! Loads of flavour, friendly staff, great prices, heaps of veggie options and a great vibe for an evening out. Just like the name, it feels like you’re family when you’re at this place. Can’t wait to come back!!

A real family run experience, that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. Will go back again very soon

This place is an absolute gem! The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food is bursting with flavour, thanks to the fresh ingredients and excellent cooking techniques. I love how every dish feels wholesome and delicious—it’s clear that quality is a top priority here. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back soon. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and warm hospitality!

The food here is absolutely fantastic. Such a huge variety of good and drinks but all maintained to a high standard. It is on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Service is friendly. Only downside is there's no parking apart from on the streets. If you come in an evening it isn't usually a problem though.

We travel from Sheen to go to La Familia as it's our favourite restaurant and has been for years, we even had our wedding reception there which was amazing. This evening we went for a quiet evening to celebrate my husbands 60th and found La Familia quite busy with several birthday party tables. The food was great as usual as was the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have just left this establishment feeling very upset and disappointed. My daughter and I came for lunch at around 2.00 pm. We were unaware of closing times at that point. The waiter, seemed hostile and dismissive as we were seated and placed our order. His whole demeanour was abrupt and totally disinterested. The food was served promptly and was very good. At about 2.55 pm, a potential customer came in saying that she may eat there. He was gracious and polite towards her and said that it was fine. At 3.00 pm, he asked us if we would like desserts and coffee. We declined and five minutes later he said we would have to leave as the restaurant closed at 3.00 pm. We were not happy but accepted this. He said that we could finish our wine, but came back a couple of minutes later telling us we must go. At this point, I asked him why he had offered us dessert at 3.00 pm when that was precisely the time of closing. He ignored me. My daughter told him that the food was lovely but the service was terrible. His reply was "OK, OK, darling" to which I told him not to call a customer 'darling'. I am beyond angry with his appalling and disrespectful attitude and will not eat there again. It's a shame because the food really was good.

Great food with very friendly staff. The only small mute point is the parking which you can find in side streets of you are driving. I went there for a wedding reception and could not fault the venue.
