I had been wanting to visit this place for quite some time, and we were so excited to celebrate my birthday here. We ordered Sunday roasts, but the lamb shank arrived completely cold inside—it felt as though it had been refrigerated and then microwaved, with the centre remaining cold. We informed the waitress, and they microwaved it again before bringing it back. The gentleman who returned the dish was very helpful and apologetic, which we appreciated. Despite this, we wouldn’t return for the Sunday roast. It looked appealing but tasted quite average. We also wouldn’t come back to celebrate a birthday, as the experience didn’t feel special at all, even though we noted it was a birthday celebration on the booking and mentioned it to the waitress. We expected at least a ‘Happy Birthday’ written on the desserts or a small candle, but there was nothing. For dessert, we had the millionaire cheesecake and Eton mess, both of which were lovely. However, with a 12.5% service charge added on top, two Sunday roasts, two desserts, and no alcohol, the £93 bill felt a bit overpriced—especially after the cold lamb shank. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this place, and I don’t think we’ll be returning.

We had our ten year vow renewal at Hampton Court Palace and then a lunch/dinner at the six restaurant. From the beginning they were very responsive with all inquiries, they worked with me to build the perfect 3 course menu with wine and beer. Chef Joe, spoke to me directly to ensure everything went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely amazing!!! There was not one complaint from 15 of our guest which never happens at a wedding. The staff was kind, funny and very attentive. I have nothing but rave reviews. Thank you so much for making our day so memorable.

Lovely restaurant just outside Hampton Court. Staff are very friendly and there is an outdoor dining space for lunch. We came for Sunday lunch and there are some (limited) #vegan options for Sunday lunch.

My family and I dined at the Kings Arms Hotel on 16.9.23. From the start, staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. They got us seated immediately and brought over extra chairs as we required them. The impeccable service continued throughout, including inquiring how our meal was regularly and providing colouring pencils and sheets for the children with us. The food was standard but presented very well and all of it arrived at the same time, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we so enjoyed our visit. We would recommend this restaurant and its brilliant service to others.

Went for a family Sunday lunch and really impressed with the service and the quality of the food was excellent. We checked the menu ahead of time so knew what we wanted to order. Two beef and two pork belly - the beef was pink and the pork was exactly as you would hope. Often restaurant Sunday lunches are a disappointment, this was certainly not the case here. To be fair, the choice on the menu is narrow but the quality is excellent - quality wins. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back

The restaurant had a lovely interior but was completely empty and silent. The menu was a reduced version of what was on the website, with only options for main being a burger, fish and chips or a vegan risotto. I expected a lot more options, especially as they are all pretty unhealthy. One of the desserts was also not available so we all ended up having a slightly unpleasantly rich caramel and chocolate dessert - it definitely needed something to lighten up the dish. No fault on the staff - they were very attentive and friendly.

Had a lovely relaxed meal here on Friday night. Service was on point and attentive and not pretentious. Lovely food and well presented and wines were reasonably priced, not like other establishments by the river around Hampton that make massive markups.

Such a delicious roast and the service was very efficient and friendly. But the dessert was a game changer! The flavours, presentation and textures were impeccable! I will definitely be coming back!

We didn’t have a booking and three of us were starving. The manager happily helped us get a table and said we have to return it by a certain time which was totally fine because we just really want to eat. We had eight types of tapas, chips and a bottle of wine. All of them were amazing and tasted homemade and made with love. Will def go back again when we’re back in the area.
