Above expectations! Great food, one of the best Mexicans we’ve tasted around Kingston. Super friendly staff, affordable prices and great portions. Overally 10/10! We’ll definitely make this our go-to apot as a family! Well done to the owners and staff!

Visited as a group of four on a Friday night and had an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly — fantastic food. The standout dish was the chicken nachos — absolutely packed with flavour and generously portioned. Between us, we ordered three different mains, and every single one was delicious and filling. No one left hungry or disappointed. Portion sizes were perfect for the price, service was smooth and we all left happy and full. Highly recommend a visit — the glowing reviews are 100% true!
My partner booked this restaurant for my birthday meal, unfortunately there aren't many Mexican restaurants around - but we're very glad we found Tex Mex! Although it is a small place, the atmosphere and customer service is great. There were 11 of us and 0 complaints, everybody enjoyed every bit of their food and half of us had to take some home because although we were full we couldn't leave it! Definitely recommend visiting here to anybody especially for the Nachos!
Went here for the first time today. Amazing Mexican food. Andrea's served us and was a delight. Really made the day with his great service, continuously putting a smile on our son's face. The chicken fajitas are delicious! Delicious cocktails, beer and great starters. On top of this, great value too with starters at around £6 and mains at £14. Thanks for a great experience! We wish it was local to us!
Came here with my partner last week and was absolutely amazing ! Nachos were unreal and so flavoursome, that guacamole was to die for, the shredded beef tacos were tasty and dripping with flavour, ordered the jalapeno Poppers and they certainly popped ! Best I've ever had. The staff were really attentive and friendly smiles all around ! The decor is great really nice atmosphere. Will be dining again tonight ! Bring your own booze is always a winner. The one star warriors have no taste buds it seems Fantastic Restaurant and the cost is great for the food absolute bargain !
We came here for lunch and the service and food was simply amazing! Friendly atmosphere, flavoursome Mexican food, the fajitas and tacos were my favourite, 100% reccomend! Will definitely be back with friends to enjoy it again!
We had such an amazing evening. The hosts were incredible, and the food was delicious! Great sized portions and a decent menu. Accommodated for a birthday party of 10 people. Intimate and relaxing ambience. Would definitely return and recommend to others looking for a tasty meal, with fantastic service
Came here with my friends and we had an amazing experience! They gave us Mexican sombreros which we all wore one through out the stay. The food was very delicious and very flavour-some! I had BBQ wings and they were so good the chicken would just fall easily off the bone! Then went for a burger meal and shared nachos amongst the group and enjoyed it very much. Would definitely come again
