Mada Deli is my favourite stop for coffee and a proper Big Boy English breakfast. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the recent updates to the seating and décor have really enhanced the experience. It now feels even warmer and more comfortable inside. The coffee is always top-notch, and the sausages are great quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, friendly spot to start their day.

Really gutted to be giving a 1 star review as been here so many times and staff have been great. This morning however was a very different experience. 3 of us arrived at the Deli this morning and parked our bikes outside, we went in and was greeted by a lovely young lady ( all good so far). We asked if we can sit in the booth so we could see the bikes, absolutely no problem - let me get you some menu’s ( again all good and great service) all of a sudden a stern woman marched over and said very aggressively you cannot sit there it’s reserved, we advised that the previous staff member said it was ok to which the stern lady quipped back MANAGERS DISCRETION- find another seat !! I must admit we were quite taken aback and now people were starting to stare. There was a whole row of booths empty but apparently all reserved and the only seating was for two people so that wouldn’t have worked. If it was manager’s discretion it meant she had a choice and decided that she did not want us there. As everybody was now staring and there was no seating for three people we had no choice but to leave. Very embarrassing and completely unnecessary actions of the manager this morning. I should of taken her name but as she made me and my friends uncomfortable and embarrassed we just left without causing more of a situation to develop. As I have said, been here many times before and always been good but the manager really let herself and the deli down. Unsure if we would go back as there is plenty of choice for nice delis in Hampton Court.

One of my most favourite places to eat! The staff could not have been more accommodating with one of our group who had a nut allergy, they could not have gone more above and beyond for her and I’ve yet to see anywhere else this thoughtful and accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend. Coffee, food and cakes all amazing, right down to the most stunning take away cup. Thank you

Been here quite a few times over the years when house hunting including most recently, yesterday. Everytime, I ask myself why we keep going back. It's a great location/space and has the potential to be a brilliant eatery but it's not. The menu is pretty boring and the quality of the food is ok but should be significantly better for the prices they charge. The ordering system is the worst part though. I spent about 25 mins yesterday queuing at the counter to order. Not sure why they can't do table service... there's enough staff working. Probably won't be going back.

Not sure if this establishment is called Mada or Black sheep caffe and bakery… the receipt said black sheep but I couldn’t find it on google maps. Sat outside in the sun on Saturday morning after parkrun. Pleasant staff and outdoor area in sun was good. Coffee was ok, croissant was good and slice was fine.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Chris I came in with my mum and daughters and Son today ( mother's day ) to celebrate. Chris had a very thoughtful and professional, caring approach with mum, looking after her ,as there wasn't a table at the time of our arrival , so, he found a chair inside ,for her to sit ,and we waited there a short time, with my family. Chis found us a table, and, was very helpful. You are very lucky to have someone with this professional, friendly approach working with you. I will recommend this restaurant because of the fantastic assistance. Thank you once again Chris. Regards Samantha

This is a busy cafe in Hampton Court/East Molesey. It's a popular place for coffee, lunch and breakfast and a favourite of locals. Serves reasonable fare at reasonable prices with plenty of seating. Dogs welcome too. Regrettably, this place closes fairly early in the day, at around 4.30, when staff start packing up. It's a shame that it's not open later as it would definitely be busy.

Love this place. Very friendly staff and general atmosphere. Especially good for children. The highlight is the Big Boy Breakfast. Very generous and tasty. Sarah mentioned the 'gendered name'. Not sure if she was joking but if she wasn't then would she approve of the name changing to the Big Girl Breakfast?

Can't believe I just paid £7 for 'Avocado on Toast', paid more to have it on sourdough bread and got it home to realise its sliced avocado on bread - there is no way this bread so much as looked at the toaster. Strangely enough, not a fan so much of avacado on soggy sourdough bread - especially not for £7! Genuinely cant get over that they've just served this out, complete waste of money.
