   We had a lovely experience at Zizzi. The food was delicious and everything arrived perfectly cooked. A special thank you to Finlay, who was an excellent server – friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for the cotton candy for our son – it absolutely made his day and was such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

   Elsa served us and was brilliant at recommending meals and desserts and explaining the difference in pizza sizes. My friends and I really enjoyed our experience here! Loved the raspberry and rose lemonade mocktail too (pic attached)

   Very impressed with the service provided, especially by our waitress Lola. Went above what was expected. Very polite throughout and not at all overbearing. Even provided candles for a birthday cake and led the singing of Happy Birthday! Food great, everyone happy, my pizza (photo attached) was perfect with a little chilli oil added. Thank you Lola and colleagues (and those with me!) for a very nice birthday meal. Atmosphere 4/5 nobody’s fault. Just felt bad for them that it was pretty quiet there for a Friday night. Get down there and keep them busy!

   We visited on our daughter's GCSE results day. An amazing dining experience, from start to finish , made extra special by Finlay who took really great care of us; from his warm welcome and attention to all our needs, to the very end when paying the bill. The Manager (I forgot to ask her name) also made my daughter and us feel very valued as she personally came and congratulated her for her results. We sat at a table with river view which was a nice bonus. We had a selection of starters, pizza, pasta and risotto dishes as mains which all tasted great. Our daughter also received her surprise envelope for results day and won a complimentary drink. We mistakenly ordered a wrong pizza containing an ingredient we don't eat. Finlay profoundedly apologised though we were at fault for not checking the ingredients properly. We then ordered another main instead. They were incredibly generous and didn't charge us for the pizza. We can definitely recommend this particular Zizzi for their awesome and personalised customer service, and with another shout-out to Finlay.

   Can highly recommend. Food was delicious and huge portions.We had a shared starter. We all had different meals and desserts. Everything was outstanding. Service and staff couldn't do enough for you. Excellent. Thankyou..a family of 5.

   I really fan of Zizzi restaurant. Specially rustic pizza and pasta. BUT this branch in Hampton, I experienced the worst service and food. Welcome staff was not friendly and seems like not enjoy work. An food standard was poor. I asked there are too much burned pizza, and staff said it’s because of dough is thin. It’s ok but no say sorry. I would not come back.

   This is local to us and we went for an early dinner with various family members and kids. 10 of us in all. Our waitress was very patient and efficient. Kids menu is great and garlic bread, pizzas all fabulous. I had spaghetti Bolognese and waitress offered as much parmesan as I wanted. I love that sort of thing. We had a brilliant time.
