Our daughter chose here for a family meal following a good experience she had at their Bicester outlet. There were 6 of us plus a toddler on a Friday night. First impressions are very good, smart decor and a warm dining room. I thought it was very quiet for a Friday night. Our expectations were high but unfortunately it didn't live up to them. Our table was at the end of the restaurant, three of us having to look at a wall, and strangely the table was picking up an annoying vibration from somewhere. In hindsight I should have asked to be moved. The service was pleasant but couldn't say it was 'professional' or attentive but you can't blame the staff if they haven't been trained correctly We weren't asked if anyone had allergies, nor was there any guidance in the menu. It was important to us as one has an egg allergy which can be severe at times. Unfortunately our waitress had to keep checking with the kitchen for guidance and then it became apparent that some of their food is bought in and they had to read the labels. It was eventually sorted but it did take time. Similarly, as a driver I would have liked to see the strength of the beers stated. We went straight into mains which took over an hour to arrive from ordering. Even then there was a 10 minutes difference between the first and last dish on the table. They had obviously forgotten one dish and a side although the waitress did try to cover for the kitchen mistake. I enjoyed my exceptionally large calzone, the two pizzas were ok, a bit bland perhaps, the three pasta dishes looked good but my daughter left half of hers. Some of the food including the sides was hot, some cool which suggests they hadn't got it together. The chips were also overly salted for our tastes. At no time were we asked if everything was ok and the table was very slow to be cleared. We finished with two desserts which were very good. I think our waitress realised that we weren't entirely happy, and a 'new' face brought us the bill. Under the circumstances I thought it not unreasonable to ask for the Β£21 service charge to be deducted. Disappointing overall, it should have been better but it wasn't a 'bad' evening.

I loved the decor and atmosphere. I saw a few people eating alone whilst reading a book so if you’re feeling for a self care day this is the perfect place. The food…I can’t fault the food, however I thought it was overpriced for the portion size and just the fact that it was a regular burger. The best part was probably the sticky toffee pudding though. The staff were attentive and there was no rush for us to leave despite the restaurant being so central.

I love love LOVE this place. Cozy little restaurant with the loveliest workers. They are really friendly and you can make joke with them easily, me and my boyfriend went there twice already, and we looking forward to go there again and again. The best sticky toffee pudding I ever had in my life. Also the peri peri pasta was beautiful too I 100% recommend this place

Pretty city center restaurant. Floor to ceiling windows. There's also outdoor seating. Get the garlic bread as a starter. Easily the best garlic bread I've ever tasted. And I've tasted many!

A bit slow getting us seated, I believed it was under staffing, Despite this, staff were actually friendly. I liked the starters which were fresh ingredients. The mains were okay as expected. We were just in time for Lunch menu so I felt money for value.

Food was nice, portions on the smaller side and the cheese sauce on my pasta was fairly bland. Vegan chips were rock solid (was refunded for the chips as they weren't eaten) sides weren't given to us and by the time we managed to speak to someone there was no point having them made and brought to us as we were almost finished with our meals so just had them removed from the bill. Servers were lovely. Especially the lady who I believe is the manager? Would give it another try.

Great tasting food although the portions were a bit on the small side but the prices were reasonable. Good choices for vegetarians and a few vegan options too. The vegan cheese and caramelised onion garlic bread was delicious!Food took a bit longer than expected considering it was not busy. The place wasn't small yet there was only a single toilet. It was clean but I'd expect there to be queues at busy times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their food. Nice and relaxed atmosphere with some outdoor seating.

A very pleasant experience enjoyed in Birmingham Wildwood. Welcomed in warmly and directed to a table , drinks ordered. Music was slightly too loud but atmosphere was good. Not completely full. We ordered from the Gluten free menu, plenty of choice for once , which was very welcome. I had the Ham and balsamic onion pizza and wife had Turkey dinner with olives to start. The pizza was great and is the best gf base I have ever had. The Turkey dinner was good too. Once a few tables had emptied of families the music became more bearable. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the allergies within the menu. Very good overall.
