Rude service, average food.. judging by recent reviews this has gone downhill in the last 2 - 8 months - see Joe and Ayden’s reviews for example. I used these when we moved to the area recently. That time the food was average - chewy, gloopy beef for example. I’m not a harsh critic… I gave them another go today - called and the man on the other end of the phone was rude asking me to “speak faster because he has other customers he could be serving right now”. We had about ten items to order and we were just making sure that one item was correct with a family member on the paper menu we had. I told him we may just go to another Chinese for food then - to which he replied “Ok!” and hung up. Such a shame. I won’t be using them again and judging by the recent reviews they haven’t changed in a while. Go elsewhere - there are plenty of nicer, better quality takeaways in Ealing (Happy Garden is better).

Very rude people!! Ordered food for my family and I and was charged for 4 dishes but only received 3. Got home and noticed what had happened so I went back to explain to them which is when the gentleman at the counter started held his hand up near my face whilst shaking his head no. I was nothing but respectful whilst communicating and remained calm and collected despite what had happened and I don’t appreciate the way in which I was treated. They only accept cash and did not offer me a receipt upon ordering and when I asked them if I could check the receipt they declined. Not going back anymore.

The reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food has become really bad recently I used to come here a lot back in the days I would always get the noodles with shrimps it was amazing. however I have noticed recently that the food has changed a lot, perhaps someone changed the recipe but the outcome isn’t so great anymore it just doesn’t taste the same as it did before. The food tastes as it has already been ready to eat from somewhere and just microwaved and served.

Ordered from here many times in the past and it's always very good. The Singapore Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Mein is my go to order and it's flavourful and consistent. Nothing groundbreaking but exactly what you would expect from a Chinese. One of the best in the area so definitely recommend if you are craving a Chinese. Not the best but nowhere near the worst. Just good and honest chinese.

Used to be my favourite Chinese takeaway but something has changed recently and definitely a change for the worst. Their crispy chilli beef used to be one of the best I’d had, decent crispy strips in a light sauce. Now the crunch has gone, the beef was chunky soft and really chewy and the sauce now a thick generic sweet and sour gloop. I hoped it was just a one off a few weeks ago but a visit tonight proved that wasn’t so unfortunately. Whoever decided the recipe changes needs to be sacked, they don’t know what they’re doing or know what good food tastes like apparently.

Stay away! If I could give them no stars I would’ve. I ordered noodles with sweet and sour prawn balls, but I got tasteless noodles with raw prawns.

These guys are the worst. I ordered a chicken curry along with some fried rice last night. I was quoted a delivery time, but after it passed by over 45 minutes I called them, only to be met with a dismissive and rude member of staff on the phone. When the food finally arrived it literally tasted like frozen food. I could’ve got a better meal at Iceland. It was even packaged like frozen food. It was shocking. Seriously, I don’t know why these guys have any good reviews. They are the worst, and I spent over £20 on them last night. If you want frozen airplane packets of food that taste like they’re from Iceland, then these are your guys. But, if you want a decent meal, please look elsewhere. I will never visit them again. These guys are the worst and I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

It's OK, nothing special standing out at this takeaway. The children like the taste of the food so that's a positive. Portion is quite small to what we're use to. They offer bigger size but they never ask what size portion you would like and instead offer the small portion.

Placed my order. Wrong order was given to me. Politely informed, and blatantly denied it. Rude and obnoxious. Recently, I have noticed the content and quality of the food is not what it used to be. Will be reporting to the Food Standards Agency.

used to live very near here and my partner and I would order multiple times a week and it was worth it every time! We’ve been ordering from them for almost three years now and have tried very many of their dishes (seafood and chicken only, we don’t eat beef or pork). Everything we have is so good and I can’t recommend it enough. It always arrives quickly even if they say that it’ll take 45 minutes sometimes and even with the longer wait times, they arrive warm. Since we’re regulars, they give us prawn crackers for free once in a while and it’s very well appreciated!
