Went for a family meal while we were out in Cheshire oaks today and I must say the service was amazing. My little girl has a milk allergy and staff were amazing with this. Prices are reasonable too! Would go back again.

We came here today for the first time in over a year. I give it all fives as didn’t have any problems. The server was very friendly, food was brilliant and the atmosphere was nice. The robot butler came a few times with our food - that was an unexpected twist. Overall, definitely better than Broughton Park.

We were seated promptly and drinks arrived promptly after ordering but it went down hill from there. They missed part of our order which we then ended up waiting 20 minutes for. After finishing our main meals, we asked for a box for our left over pizza. We were waiting another 20 minutes before we even got a box, not to mention even more time waiting for them to come back and take the kids dessert order. Some of the food (primarily the mac and cheese) was dry and tasteless (not at all like it was described on the menu). Considering it was quiet you would think the service and food would have been better. It was literally like we had been forgotten about and didn’t leave us with the best impression. It was difficult to get anyone’s attention as they didn’t seem to be around to enquire about anything. All in all, a really disappointing experience.

Came here the first time around and had to cancel our food due to witnessing a chef sneeze and use his hand to wipe his nose. Kindly invited back for a free meal, food was sub par, Luke warm sloppy burgers and chips with the texture of a burnt fence. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza which a piece of ham had snuck it's way onto, luckily she wasn't a vegetarian. The quality control of the food leaves a lot to be desired, I won't be eating here again.

The restaurant is very suitable for a family. They provide kid menu while the main menu is also attractive to teenagers. The staff are very helpful. One of them proactively offered separate dishes for our food sharing.

They didn’t have what we wanted, but I enjoyed the meatballs a lot! Five starts for meatballs. However I don’t rate it five starts on Google because their carbonara isn’t very good. They use streaky bacon instead of pancetta and it was a bit flavourless. The presentation wasn’t great either. I think this one is one of the worst dishes you can order in this restaurant. Also that dish is a bit pricey for what it is.

Food was fine. There was 4 of us. All had a nice time. I found at times it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. I had to get up a few times to ask for something.and one time to remind them of a drink ordered. Chefs did a fab job and the rest of the staff were friendly.

We visited earlier today for lunch, from the moment we walked in everyone we encountered were very welcoming. Our waiter was very helpful and was great with us as a large group with children(I think his name is Mike but I could be wrong, a very tall gentleman) I will be recommending the restaurant and going again! He also put a candle in my desert and had the birthday song played as it's my birthday which was a love touch to my day!

Took my mother out shopping for her birthday and wanted to go for something to eat... Couldn't get in anywhere, all tables were booked up as it was really busy. Went online and found that F&B's had a table so I booked on quick. The place was so packed, but the staff were all warm and welcoming. They were happy to take time to chat to us about food options and nothing was too much trouble. We had a gentleman waiter that I can't remember his name but was VERY tall. He really made my mum's birthday (she doesn't get out much due to ill health), and even my little girls day. Was joking with us and sang happy birthday to my mum with a free dessert! A fantastic experience, far better than any of the "high end" restaurants on the oaks!
