Great place for fresh Indian food and snacks, friendly staff and loads of nearby parking available. A short walk from underground station and bus stops. Been coming here for a long time. Definitely recommend a visit if your nearby.

The worst service from this place. I asked for no onion no garlic in the food, I even asked for separate portion for them but I was assured that they would not add any of it and it would be separate but they still added onion and garlic to the food I ordered. I called them up to tell them that I found onions in the food and was able to taste some garlic and because they knew they were in the wrong they started calling me a liar and the worst part is that I called them up on multiple occasions to confirm there will be no onion and no garlic in the food. The owner then comes onto the phone and starts shouting at me and telling me to never come back! As a result the people who do not eat onion and garlic did not get to eat any food.

Plenty of choices but feedback and experience depends on how fresh the food is. There are times I've bought curries or dhokla etc and it's been rancid, or gone off within a few hours (even in the fridge). Recent price hikes mean that quality has gone down, for example the chaats are sometimes without chickpeas or potato or a type of chutney etc. Service usually friendly, sometimes they leave you waiting in the shop for a long time before anyone actually comes out. Portions are usually good for the price but I wish they wouldn't omit ingredients as I'm sure most are happy to pay a little extra for the real deal. Nice supermarket adjoining so it's like a one stop Indian shop.

Visited this place few days ago and really enjoyed an authentic Indian taste. The place was at prime location and easily accessible to many other places. Restaurants is not spacious only 1-2 tables with chair so will not prefer for dine-in. Very affordable prices they have many options in sweets. Variety of Indian snacks available. Need to keep it more clean. Rest all perfect! For sure recommended!!

Vegetarian Indian snacks and food is available. Taste is good. You will like if you don't like spicy food.

I recently stopped by for parathas and a portion of chole. I could see that chole was ordered a lot as there was very little left. I asked if there was enough and they said yes. The person went inside and filled the container for me. I got home and there was literally 5 chickpeas and the rest was all gravy. Utterly disappointed, it was a waste of money and also tasted very spicy. They could have just said they are out of chole.

This review is for Natraj South Harrow. Good food BUT ridiculously bad service. I went on Aug.5th 2022 at lunch time. Place was empty and dirty. One tall guy behind the counter doing something. I asked a couple of questions, he had no idea how to answer them, just grunted. I eventually ordered something and sat and ate. Three other customers came, had some questions, same thing. The bloke behind the counter was completely not interested in working with the customers to help them. Shockingly bad attitude
