   We have been using Alexanders for many years and have always enjoyed the food. We had a family gathering this weekend which Hussein, Omran and the boys catered . To say that our expectations were well met does not get anywhere close. The food delivered on time, as usual was magnificent and everyone was blown away by the quality. If anyone needs a function or gathering catered, I would highly recommend them.

   This used to be a good local Lebanese spot back in the day. I was craving a quick Lebanese and this was disappointing. The quality of food has dropped, not the same anymore. Not fresh and super greasy and oily. Felt like I had left overs stuffed in a pitta bread. Never again.

   Ordered Mix Grill. delivery within 30 mins.Very tender meat ( both chicken and lamb ) and very tasty.loved it. Chilli/garlic very nice as well and i ate the whole portion of chips with chilli garlic. overall excellent experience. 100 % recommended. Will definitely order again.

   Food wasn't great, Shawarma chicken just tasted burnt and of little else. Lamb shish was OK. Everything was in loads of small plastic trays, a lot of which don't seem recyclable and definitely didn't hold the heat. Cardboard would have been better. The place isn't very welcoming, they seem more focused on their deliveries than take-out customers.

   We ordered a mixed grill and halloumi sandwich, when the order arrived the halloumi sandwich was not there but there was a portion of halloumi. I called the takeaway and they sent a halloumi sandwich but asked that we give the halloumi portion back. My wife was hungry and had already eaten one piece when I called the takeaway but after that we didn’t eat anymore. I thought it was strange they wanted the food back, when they messed up the order in the first place. They then called me to say I was “cheap” after returning the halloumi with one piece missing. They didn’t seem to understand that their mistake meant we could not eat together and we had to wait for the correct food to arrive. I hope they didn’t just reheat the halloumi and serve to anyone else. Any ordinary takeaway would have just accepted they got the order wrong and not request the food back. I ordered through their app, so it was clear what we ordered. Awful customer service and I didn’t appreciate the abuse from the takeaway. I had always enjoyed eating here

   If you like lamb... well this is pretty much the best ive ever experienced. nicely fragranced, cooked to perfection. Not something you would expect to find in this country. Very high quality.

   First time and last time we will use Alexander Express. Terrible experience. Took three attempts to order online and when I called to check if the order had gone through they didn’t seem to care. When it finally arrived it was wrong, I called again and they kept me on hold for ages, finally offered a refund then got moody when I asked for the food instead. What they did manage to deliver was horrible - tough undercooked meat and generally tasteless. Literally threw most of it away. Trust me, give these guys a miss, there are far better places

   Prompt delivery, beef cooked to perfection. Wasn't to keen on the taste though, bit blant. I'll try something spicier/more hot next time. Also, I usually eat with my hands but for steaw I think there should be some sort of cutlery included with delivery. Luckily had a spoon at my hotel room.
