   I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience from yesterday. I was served by an Indian girl around noon, and I must say — it was the best tea I’ve had in a long time. When we come in for tea, this is exactly the kind of service we hope for — a warm smile and a perfect cup of tea. Thank you for the lovely service

   I do not recommend ordering food from here. I ordered the chilli chicken which had bone fragments in every piece and the chicken was grey. It has made me feel very unwell, this is the second time now, I have learnt my lesson.

   The food tastes fresh and homemade, with just the right amount of spice and flavour. Their biryani is absolutely delicious, and the curries are packed with taste — you can tell they use good ingredients. The portions are generous, prices are super reasonable, and the staff are friendly and quick. Whether you’re eating in or grabbing a takeaway, it’s a really easy, pleasant experience. If you’re in South Harrow, definitely give this place a try.

   Hi, Today I feel compelled to leave a review on your page. I bought some snacks from your shop this morning. The quality of your food was good but your staff's attitude is very bad. The influence of the staff plays a significant role in the growth of an organization, but what I experienced today was a disdainful attitude from the staff specifically from billing staff. Expecting a more accepting attitude from the staff.

   Hi, I’m Tony. I bought some food from Mullai Express in South Harrow this morning (12/08/2025) around 8:15 AM. Unfortunately, the staff member at the food counter was quite rude and behaved as if she was giving the food away for free. I regularly buy food from Mullai, especially on Tuesdays, and I’ve always had good experiences with the other staff. However, the service I received today was disappointing.

   I asked for a two teas and some food around 8:30am at Mullai express. I asked the staff for an extra paper cup and they said that everything expensive now and that I had to pay a pound extra for the cup. Don't say that a PAPER cup is £1 to a customer when they are buying things for around £5.

   I bought some fish patis from mullai express and it tasted ok but the next day I had very bad diarrhoea. They must have put some fish curry that must be from the previous day or old. A few months back, I bought stir fry rice from them. It tasted ok but the next I had very bad diarrhoea. So I have decided I am not buying anymore food from them. Now I have learnt my lesson

   Not the best. Mutton curry had three things in it H , 2 , 0. I had to literally dig for mutton but it still didn't come. Very disappointed. Will never be buying from here again.

   Well what to say about the appalling dish “mutton fry”, it’s just a rip off for £12 comes with lots of onion, chillies and of course few mutton pieces, considering the lamb/mutton prices giving them 10 times the profit. This is the 3rd time I have ordered it before giving them a negative review, I feel it’s sufficient enough time to improve with feedback given.
