Service was terrible even though it wasn't busy. Ran out of fruit at 10 in the morning. Waiter came and asked what different food we wanted to replace the fruit pancake. Had to chase up the smoothie separately and have it changed. Had to chase up the donut as it never arrived. Bacon/sausage Muffins were bland.

Not a smash burger despite what the menu says. The burger had obviously been sat under a heat lamp for some time, definitely not cooked to order. Cheese not even melted and soggy fries. Avoid!

Food arrived looking a bit sad, not the £12-ish that each plate cost. Bottomless hot drinks weren’t that good, of two machines, one of the drinks machines was switched off and the other wasn’t working properly. A poor quality experience given the premium prices!

We came here for breakfast, which was advertised as a great place to start your day. As we were here early the service was pretty quick however my breakfast had clearly been sat under a hot plate and everything looked a bit sad. I ordered the veggie breakfast, everything was lukewarm and clearly not freshly made. The mushrooms were horribly greasy and the egg came as some strange omelette style thing. We paid £26 which could have gotten us a much nicer breakfast elsewhere. To top it off the coffee is a very sad excuse for coffee.

Place was clean and staff seemed friendly enough. Unlimited drinks options were limited, (machine had run out of fanta). Food was really poor, I had a chicken kebab which was quite bland, had it with spicy rice which was still crunchy and just a tomato sauce. Kids meals were ok, good portion of chips which were quite nice. Desserts came out while we were still eating, my son hadn’t even got through half of his meal. Server could clearly see we were still eating but still began putting the dessert out around our half full plates. 2 adult meals 2 kids and 4 desserts with bottomless drinks for £80-90. Probably wouldn’t come here again.

Do not go here. Such a great zoo experience dampened by extortionate prices. £10.50 for a sandwich, small drink, a packet of crisps and a brownie cake!

    Coffee tastes like dish water

Worst coffee I ever had, nearly the most expensive

Really good for lunch. We loved the salad bar and large sandwiches.
