   This was the 3rd year running for our Ipsos Xmas work party at Bombay Central which was truly an enjoyable evening.. The service was excellent, with the staff showcasing a high level of attentiveness & interaction that made everyone feel welcomed and valued. The food served had a good choice of dishes and flavours for everyone’s dietary requirements, generous portions, and the food flowed seamlessly. The function room provided a perfect private setting, ideal for celebrations & special occasions in style. The Owner was great, liasing with us to ensure every detail was tailored to our needs, creating a memorable night. We will definitely be back again.

   We had a group of 37 people for our diwali get together dinner yesterday. Mr. Dhaval and his team were incredibly welcoming, ensuring smooth service and a comfortable setup. Everything ran perfectly from start to finish. Highly recommend for delicious food and excellent hospitality!

   I had long intended to visit this restaurant, and finally did so on a midweek evening. The establishment’s concept is immediately striking: styled as a vintage train station, the interior is adorned with railway signs, nostalgic artefacts, and the centrepiece—a toy train circling the ceiling, completing full revolutions that lend the room both charm and character. It is a playful yet distinctive theme, executed with care. Service was warm and attentive from the outset. Staff struck an ideal balance of friendliness and professionalism, ensuring we were comfortably seated and well looked after throughout the evening. To begin, we ordered the Lollipop chicken wings in Schezuan sauce. These arrived as delicately presented drumsticks, their crisp coating infused with soy and garlic, then enveloped in a deeply flavourful house sauce. The balance of spice, savouriness, and depth made them instantly memorable—a dish with real character. For the main course, we selected the Karahi lamb and the Butter chicken, accompanied by butter naan and plain basmati rice. The lamb was tender and succulent, generously coated in a peppery onion and tomato sauce layered with aromatic spices. The butter chicken, meanwhile, was rich yet well-judged: spiced with garam masala and finished in a creamy sauce that was indulgent without overwhelming the palate. Together, the dishes offered contrast and harmony, each standing strongly on its own merits while pairing beautifully with the sides. In all, this was a highly satisfying experience. The restaurant offers a unique setting, attentive service, and food of real quality—dishes that are crafted with care and a clear sense of flavour. It is a destination well worth revisiting, and one that I would confidently recommend to others.

   My wife did my suprise 40th here and this is the first time back since (2 years). The atmosphere is lovely and a real family vibe. The train running along the top is a nice feature too. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and polite. The service provided was excellent and a credit to the establishment. The food was fantastic. We ordered a mixed grill (off menu), fish, naans, butter chicken, methi chicken, prawns, malai broccoli, chicken wings and chicken tikka as well as some bhel. Everything was delicious. Flavours were on point and perfectly balanced. No dodgy food colouring either. The prawns were overdone but this is typical of an Indian restaurant and ended up have a bite to them but the taste was good. We did get a celebration brownie at the end. Was disappointed to see we were charged for this though. Ended with the house chai, it was lovely. Overalls, fantastic food and definitely will be going again and highly recommend.

   We come here a lot because the food is so tasty and it’s a great Indian restaurant that is not too pricey. It’s become our go to as we’re familiar with the menu. There is a train track running around the ceiling and a toy train passes through all the stations which is cute. Hopefully the train cabins are fixed now. The service can be hit or miss though, you may have to remind them about your drinks if it’s a busy evening. Other than that it’s a great place for a dinner out. They get busy so you need to book in advance.

   Great restaurant serving fantastic food and cocktails. Lovely chilled out ambience. Xavier was amazing with his front of house hospitality and Ana made the most fabulous Cosmopolitans. Thankyou Ana for my amazing cocktails. Also to the chefs and full team working there. Great first hand experience, and would definitely go again.

   Visited here for the first time and we made use of the private room to the lower ground floor. The place has its own bar which is great because it enabled the event (50 guests) to be contained in one area. The seat were comfortable and the space was substantial for our function. The decor, colour schemes, details, vibes and ambience are brilliant. The venue has a huge seating area upstairs and also has outdoor seating to the front and the rear or the building as well as also hosting sports on the big screen too! The food we ordered was delicious, tasty, flavoursome and full of spice!! Staff were very helpful and friendly and helped to make the event very relaxing. Parking on some of the nearby roads is free, whilst others are permit controlled, so do pay close attention to signage.

   An amazing experience from start to finish. The service we received at the restaurant was second to none. The food was as good as it gets and the portion sizes were very generous! Will definitely be returning, and introducing friends and family to this restaurant. Would suggest booking ahead as it gets very busy.

   I had a fantastic evening. Food was great and the flavors on point. I have been to a few Indian restaurants and their flavors have been somewhat hit and miss, but these guys really know what they are doing. Service was fairly prompt for a busy Friday night.
