   Queued for 10 minutes to get to front of line, and ask a few questions regarding ingredients and what’s available. Lady got visibly annoyed, blunt answers and then shoved us to the side to serve the people behind us. Hat says “Ask what’s fresh” but the staff say ask a question and loose your chance to order. Won’t come here again.

   I’d rather eat at Burrito & Co in the market place but it was raining quite hard. £11 for a large chicken burrito with guacamole, and it tastes ok, but you’ll struggle to be served by more uninterested staff, and it’s not a particularly nice environment to eat. The Tortilla in Guildford is so much nicer. Overall it was fine. Edit: how to know a company only pays lip service to their service and has no intention of making any improvements is that they ask you to copy and paste your Google review to a generic email address. But it’s ok, they included an emoji, they’re cool.

   Awful place, Sam the Store Manager is super rude. Tried to order three times, first time the delivery driver said "shall I reorder" as it was so poor (pictures with the ripped bag), the second time 6 of 10 items were missing (pictures showing the food), the third time, nothing arrived. Don't waste your time or money

   Wow what a place!! Someone on a random whattsapp group told me to give this place a good review. Iv heard no one has been stabbed there which is a great bonus if your bringing the family. Half way through the meal a kindly horse was helping an old Mexican man eat his soup. Tirelessly attempting to scoop up the broth with his big powerful hooves. Wow.

   Shocking experience!! Ordered large portion through deliveroo, paid almost £30 for two and the bowl i got is as in the picture. You don’t get to leave feedback on deliveroo hence the service is so rubbish. Never again

   Today we went to the Tortilla In Kingston upon Thames (Bentalls), first time being there and also first time trying Mexican food. So we checked the menu, and decided to go for Quesadilla and burrito. It was really nice, really enjoyed it. Plus their chicken was Halal. That was a plus point. The place looked good, it was clean, and the decor was good. Overall enjoyed our visit, will definitely go back to try the tacos.
