I stay at Richmond Hill Hotel 2 or 3 times a year. Lovely place. Always pleasant.. from reception staff to restaurant staff. Special mention to Kiana and Ana. Always so attentive and professional. The care about detail and also about their guests. Always with a smile and proactiveness. Looking forward to coming back soon..
Excellent and attentive service from the staff and delicious food, highly recommend this place. We arrived late, after 9pm so less people and would have liked to see more people - but everyone should come here, from aesthetic and ambience, to the fine food and service I could not fault it. Lovely time. Many thanks! It made up for a bad experience we’d had next door. Really lovely. Much appreciated.
I went to 144 On The Hill on Saturday evening and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed yet classy dining experience and would love to visit again soon.
Visited yesterday with my family for botanical afternoon tea! We had Miles as our server and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and attentive! Food was lovely and fresh. Would definitely come back !
Well this was a great treat , garden terrace . The selection of cocktails was just what was needed, the team where on hand to assist with any questions we had, After selecting our cocktails we accompanied them with a delicious selection of light bites. I have to say the choices on the menu was great and we choose a good selection to get a taste of the flavours . The food was hot wee presented on the plate . Yummy! The service was efficient we even fit in another cheeky couple of cocktails. The atmosphere was pleasant friendly staff made us feel welcome. It’s a must visit.
I took my partner here for afternoon tea on his birthday. We had an excellent time. The staff - Roxanne and Chris - went out of their way to welcome us and to make the experience feel special. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic with beautiful freshly prepared sandwiches and fresh warm scones (baked in-house). Highly recommend for dinner, lunch or a special occasion - we’ll be back soon!
Had afternoon tea here. The atmosphere is really good. Antique, cozy and beautiful with all the lovely colours. The decoration of the cakes, sconea and sandwiches was very beautiful too. They were all very tasty. We had a good time there.
We had a lovely lunch at the restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The interior is great and the food and drink was amazing. Service was perfect and they kindly gave us dessert to celebrate, thanks!
Came in for afternoon tea, had the savoury option. 1 lonely scone, 2 finger sandwiches, 2 bite sized sandwiches, 2 small falafel, 1/2 mini sausage roll, 1/2 mini spring roll, 3 cocktail sausages. Sandwiches were dry as if they'd been sitting around for quite a while, rest of items were average tasting. Very underwhelming experience and severely overpriced at £40 per person. If you had the same amount of food that was impeccably freshly prepared and generously filled, it may be worth it but not what is served. Would not recommend.
We had brunch on bank holiday and it was fantastic. Sebastiano, our waiter, was amazing and extremely accommodating. Food was wonderful especially the avocado with humus and chickpeas! We will def be back!
