   I had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Chalet. The staff was extremely rude and clearly lacked basic customer service manners. It felt like they didn’t care about treating customers with respect at all. Someone seriously needs to train them on how to talk to people properly. Totally unacceptable behavior — I won’t be coming back.

   This place is completely misleading. They advertise “halal” food but serve pork products like ham and bacon on the same menu. Any Muslim who sees “halal” would naturally assume the bacon and ham are halal too, meaning turkey bacon and turkey ham, but here it is actually pork. Extremely deceptive and unacceptable. Halal means NO HARAM AT ALL. Putting “halal” on the menu while serving pork is false advertising and shows zero respect for Muslims or their dietary laws. Cross contamination is unavoidable in a kitchen like this so the so-called halal food here cannot be trusted. Muslims be warned, do not be fooled by the “halal” sign. This is not a genuine halal restaurant. AVOID COMPLETELY

   I order extra large pizza but Pizza was very very thin. I didn’t order thin. I ordered normal pizza. charge me £18 when I come home and check no good at all. I called straight away. I ask him why man he said normal standard size Even you didn’t say sorry that mean I’m not recommend any other people order the very extra large pizza. Before ordering ask him measure right, order I always recommend other people from Today. not recommend anyone. Today very BAD experience

   Takes too long to deliver pizzas. Ordered it at 7pm and was told no more than 25 minutes. It still hasn’t arrived yet. Called up for an update and was told they are busy and the driver will be there when he can. Shocking level of service. No care for their customers. Would rather eat at chicken cottage than order from here again.

   We have been ordering Pizzas from Pizza Chalet over 20 years since first opened. They are made to order fresh ingredients and the sauce is divine. Thank you Chalet team for never failing us. The Crossway regulars.

   Pretty good pizza, at a very good price. I would say the quality is not as good as it is at Dominoes, Papa Johns or Pizza hut. But it's still good pizza. And considering it's a fraction of the price its a regular go to. Friendly staff and appears clean on the inside.
