   Amazing experience at Franco Manca! I had a fantastic experience at Franco Manca in London. The pizza was absolutely delicious — it genuinely made me feel like I was back in Italy, especially reminding me of authentic Naples-style pizza. I tried the new ragù pizza and it was incredible, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Maria was outstanding — incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lee and Hris were also excellent: friendly, helpful, and always with a great attitude, which created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. The place itself is excellent, with a great vibe and attention to detail. Amazing food, amazing service, and an overall experience I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Usual poor service and then they bang a service charge on as well. Mad. Took hours to get served. Hours for drinks to come. Watched 3 staff put together one pudding. Then pizza came undercooked. And garlic bread plus the £1 for cheese has no cheese on it. Disappointing

   Excellent takeaway pizza! The sourdough base is genuinely fantastic—light, airy, and full of flavour. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Held up perfectly for collection. Highly recommend for a proper pizza fix in Birmingham!

   New Yorker here! I've had the best pizza in Manhattan, and tried pizzas in Rome and Florence. And in my opinion, this is really good pizza— it's one of the best pizza places I've been to and would easily qualify as top tier. The waiter was also very nice and friendly. And I like the vibe/atmosphere/aesthetic a lot too! I'd definitely recommend trying the food here, it's probably some of the best pizza you'll find in the country as a whole. As for recommended menu items, the signature pizza is definitely great. I'd also highly recommend the "amatriciana".

   Definitely not a place to drink. Great pizza and overall service, but we ordered Aperol Spritz and got them in these tiny 150mL glasses... Feels like a massive rip-off as they're twice as long anywhere else and cost £7.50.

   Was looking forward to eating here, well it was a big disappointment, pizza choice was poor, additional topping choices are poor, Flavour was below average. I've had pizza's from lots of places so I know what a good pizza dough should be like, my mouth ached I had to chew my pizza for so long! When I saw some of the pizzas come out they looked dry so I asked for extra tomato sauce on my pizza which didn't happen.

   Sourdough pizza place in the nice downtown area of Birmingham. I for the meat special #338 which was excellent and certainly not traditional. The pizza was slightly crispier than the Neapolitan pizzas I am used to in Italy but in my mind this is better as I like my pizza to stand up and be eaten by the slice. The crust was flavorful and well developed. The cornice was airy. The affogato was a nice finish to the meal. Service was quick. They also had a large amount of vegan options. My bill came to €20.40 which also included a bottle of water and a service charge.

   Love the salad. Love the pizza. Love the coffee. We even ordered 1 more pizza for takeaway. Nice ambience as well! And it's a short walking distance from Birmingham New Street station, so it's perfect place for our lunch right after we arrived at Birmingham at lunch time.

   Some of the best tasting dough ever. Made fresh every day! Cooked right in their brick oven with fresh ingredients, delicious!! This is a great pizza that won’t leave you feeling weighed down, but will fill the belly and leave you smiling & wanting more. Great dessert selection and lovely atmosphere.
