   We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When we called for booking the staff were rude and unprofessional. Because we had to cancel our booking a few times in the past, the system flagged our number as “scam,” and instead of clarifying politely, the staff spoke to us disrespectfully. They took our order verbally but never entered it into the system — then blamed us for the mistake. The overall attitude and service were extremely poor, and we left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. We had hoped for a pleasant meal, but the behavior of the staff completely ruined the experience. Definitely needs improvement in customer service and communication.

   I have totally worst experience with shri Rathiga. Had a reservation,they told me 15 minutes but I waited 20 minutes but I again 15 minutes but thay still asking again wait for 15 minutes and I refused for wait so he say you leaving upstairs so, come to the downstairs and talk with me. When I go inside he talk with me rudely and tell us we are coming for fight but we already wait for an hour ,we calling 3 to 4 time but he not giving me a confirm time. My wife is pregnant and she need to take medicines on 8:30. She suffers with hunger. And the last of the topic he told me he say I don't care are you coming or not if you eaten here or not doesn't matter and also he say I have authority I send your number and faces to my all staff and they all block list all of you. That time my guest also come for a dinner night.

   Probably one of the most authentic South Indian food places. We tried the spicy idli and two different dosas. All the food was top notch, freshly made and tasty. We had south Indian filter coffee in steel glasses which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended.

   Brilliant place for South Indian food, again it's constantly good. I've had take away & dine in from here. Dine in is always better. It's just the nature of the food. Dosa is always better fresh. My only small gripe would be I find the food a little too oily at times, but it wouldn't put me off this place. Brilliant keep it up

   Friday night birthday event at Sri RATHIGA was a nice atmosphere. Staff seemed friendly but under pressure at times. We were a group of 12 and in the begin it was quick service but as the restaurant got busier the service became slow. We waited quiet sometime for mains some dishes could be better overall nice experience.

   We just came across this restaurant recently, and have been going back every single chance we get. They have the most authentic South Indian food that tastes like home. From their different types of chutneys, their medu wadas (my personal favorite), to sweet dishes everything just tastes amazing. They make home made rasmalai, and their payasam is to die for. If you miss home and are looking for an authentic Indian food, this place is the place for you!

   This place came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The food is super tasty, very friendly staff and they gave good and honest advise when ordering. Overall the food for me is better then most if not all Indian veg restaurants in the north/northwest London area. I normally travel to Wembley areas for a good Indian veg or dosa place but this restaurant easily bets them all. We ordered Crispy Bhajiya, Chilli Paneer, Pani Puri, Masala Mogo, Paneer Butter Masala, South Indian Thali, Chana Batura, Paneer Fried Rice, Plain Dosa and Bullet Naan. Everything we ordered was spot on and tasted very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the food it was that the Chana was a bit on the hard side, I prefer mines soft, but thats all. I am a meat eater but as far as veg food goes I have not had better even in a meat restaurant. Highly recommended if you are thinking about going!
