Pleasant staff, great food but the service... Wow. Try finish taking the customer stood in front of you's order before you start tapping about with online orders on your pos or taking a telephone order. Think I repeated myself three times for a pretty straight forward order.
Really great burger, enjoyed much more than five guys or other premium places, I had a triple with bbq sauce. Burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy. Sweet potato fried also great. Will come again when in area
The food was alright. I ordered 12 grilled chicken wings and when i got my food, they got my order wrong. I received fried chicken instead of grilled. When i took a bite out of the chicken, it was too so salty but the chicken wings meat itself is fresh. Overall my experience was not met to my expectations. I can name better restaurants with really tasty grilled chicken with the smokey flavour. The food itself is a disappointment.
Excellent service. I absolutely enjoyed my BBQ burger meal. Minor issue is they need to switch the AC, not the right weather to have cold air blowing above your head
Have been here a few times now - I can say this place does not disappoint! The burgers and fries are fresh! Never fails to fill me up! The portion sizes are good and the meat is always fresh and juicy! I am a fussy one, always wanting my burger made the way I like it. They have always accommodated the request with a smile! Parking can be a bit difficult as it’s on a high street, but there are places around (paid and non-paying places). I would definitely recommend; my personal favourite being the Spicy Mexican (double beef, no fresh onions/tomatoes (grilled onions ftw) and plenty of chipotle sauce!) with fries and a coke!
Hmmm. I have ordered from here previously and have directly collected food from their store. All good experiences in the past. Ordered recently and was shocked at how few chips were provided. The chips cost £1.80 per portion. I never received this few in the past with them. I did call them regarding this and they had told me this is now the new portion size. I'm not sure why they would reduce the portion size of their fries. Is there some sort of potato shortage? It's a shame because the burger is decent and the fries do taste good. But definitely overpriced for what you get. I hope the restaurant will try to make adjustments. Otherwise last order for me. Also seems to be quite a few fake reviews. Profile with only one reviews or those that only give 5stars with generic feedback.
Didn’t follow order notes, specifically asked for no tomatoes, both burgers had tomatoes. The chips had burnt onions over them too. I get they are supposed to be grilled, not charred black though. The food was decent though, milkshake was banging.
