   Ordered a breast burger, ended up getting a rubbery fried chicken inside with no salad sauce just plain bread and rubbery hard chicken. Fries were old smaller and tasteless as well. Previous staff was fine and since they seemed quite nice and helpful.

   Giving 1 because 0 is not available. Ordered a meal for the work team and the restaurant sent 2 bags, one with the food (missing a green salad) and another one with a lot of sauces (20 mayo and about 10 ketchups). I have called the restaurant saying that the green salad and the 2 soft drinks were missing. They said that sent 2 bags and the soft drinks and the green salad were in the seconds bag (the one with a lot of Mayo and Ketchup), I said that it weren't in the bag, after a while I decided to do not wast my time arguing. They didn't send the missing stuff and refused to refund. The food is acceptable but the restaurant is extremely disorganized and it has a terrible customer service. I will never order again......

   Was looking forward to a nice luncheon, when as I approached the counter I noticed the chef feeding a couple rats as if he were re-inacting a scene from Ratatouille.. after bringing the to the attention of the man at the till he replied, it’s okay they only go in the kitchen!

   Absolutely awful customer service. Phoned to place an order and the man sounded so miserable. Seriously if you are not happy with your role, make a change!!!! The reason is because when you can’t be bothered to listen to someone’s order, you get it wrong. It absolutely sucks when your order is finally delivered ( it took almost an hour to arrive ), and it is wrong and when you phone you get the guy who wasn’t bothered when he was taking your order again!!! Will not waste my time with you people again. Good luck with your business because from reading your reviews, it does not look good for you. So maybe that’s why the man sounded miserable. Oh yeah, and thanks for not sending any sauces.

   Food is nice, but regularly have to wait well over an hour to expect delivery. When you try to call them you'll be left ringing for ages, or, like what just happened, they'll answer and immediately hang up! Been told the delivery is on its way, still waiting 10 minutes later, restaurant isn't even a 5 minute drive away

   Waited over 2 hours for my food, was offered nothing as an apology, rang up 4/5 times only to be told excuse after excuse. When the food finally arrived it was barely warm and the driver was blaring music at nearly 1am.. terrible service and shouldn't even allowed to be in business.
